Two doors to get inside. The first one is light enough. Wait for someone in a wheelchair to open it. The second one is way too heavy. Sometimes somebody comes to health and sometimes they don't see you so there is a doorbell there that you could bring. The manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. The teller was a little more dismissive and basically said you should've called for an appointment or scheduled it online. The manager immediately stepped in and said you couldn't be seen within 10 minutes. There's nothing to complain about really here, nor is there nothing to really celebrate about here.

This afternoon my partner drove to this location to cash his check and was rudely dismissed by the "service manager" (Mark Beker I think is what his tag said) he was told the documentation he had was fake and even told him he could've printed it out himself. He had an official document that was a bit wrinkly due to it it being folded up in his wallet. This may have been a case of racial profiling since he was so sure that the document was a fake.. anyways we left after he demanded we get out of the line and went to Wells Fargo on Frederick Rd and were treated accordingly and he was able to cash his check with no issues. I would want to file a complaint against this man that treated us as criminals and gave us absolutely no reasoning for not cashing a check other than that the document looked like it could've been printed. Beware of this Wells Fargo and the questionable service of this branch.

I come into this bank about once a week. The employees are outstanding! The tellers and managers are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The line is managed perfectly. I have never waited for longer than ten minutes. The facility is clean and up to date. I have been to many, many banks, and this one is by far the best.

Friendly customer service and my transaction was completed very quickly. The only con is that there isn't a drive thru ATM machine.

This branch has been always dysfunctional for the past 5 years. Every time I go there, I have to wait for at least 20 min to speak to a banker (not a teller), and honestly, i will never go there again!

Worse location I ever been to. I came during my lunch hour to try to increase my ATM amount. I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours! I kid you not! I missed lunch and was late for work anddddd i never got to see any rep. There were about 3 reps working not including the tellers.. but only 2 had clients and 1 of the rep i was told was the branch manager (chinese lady). She was talking about personal s*** with the client and had nothing to do with banking. She sat there for 2 hours chatting it up. I asked multiple times to the other reps when i can be seen.. i had to go back to work. And they kept saying "few more minutes". Me and a couple sat there looking like idiots for.. let me remind you... over 2 hours. I had to leave so i left my phone number and requested the branch manager call me when she is available. B**** never called. She's a joke and needs to be fired. Worse customer service. Wells fargo's service is definietly crap. 99% on the verge of switching banks.

OH MY!! I love this branch and bank. When I was younger, I use to work in banks and loved it! Especially the BIG banks. As with anything, times have changed and things will have to change also. Banking isn't what it use to be and I for one am understanding. Going into this branch, I was upset because I had got a flat tire about 2 miles from this location and my cell phone died! When I walked in I was greeted by a smiling teller line. I NEEDED to make a deposit into some ones account. I had the account number but there were NO slips at the counter. I asked why and was told and pointed to a very big sign that says "we're going green" meaning for account holders we can use our debit cards to swipe and make deposit and withdrawals! no need to fill stuff out. My questions was, if I'm not a customer then what? the kind teller said then we have them behind the teller line, all you need to do is fill in the name and account number of the person and we'll do the rest. WOW I thought that's awesome!! While I was waiting for my transaction to be made I overheard a conversation of what seemed to be a "customer" walked in and said they needed to use the rest room. A gentlemen stated there was no rest room for public use. After the "customer" being very rude and walking out I asked why there wasn't one. I was then told that the rest rooms were not equipped to meet ADA regulation and was also in a secured area. Which I totally understood. Besides, after working in banks when I was younger I would see "customers" who weren't customer or actual customers come in to use the bathroom and leave it a complete mess!! I don't blame banks for not having public rest room use, its a bank, not a bath house! Next the WONDERFUL teller finished my first transaction then asked if I needed anything else, which I stated I needed to do my own deposit and questions. While she did this for me I heard a "customer" state it wasn't her fault that she over drew her account and wasn't leaving until the overdraft fee was waived. Hearing the conversation between her and the manager I heard that she had been over drafted more than 27 times in less than 3 months. To me, not even working in banking anymore seems like it would've been her responsibility to watch her account and manage NOT the banks!! grown up issues! She stormed out saying that "this is NOT customer service and she'll tell many others NOT to bank here" Maybe I've been out of banking for too long, but customer service is what was being delivered. One comes into said business, in this case a bank and wants to either deposit, withdraw, transfer or talk about fees, which are all done and taken care. You're being serviced! go to an atm and that is self service! Now, I believe the woman was mistaking customer service with customer satisfaction! those are different subjects. Customer satisfaction would be the overall experience based on that one person who helped you regardless if the "want/need" is met and not being met because they didn't want to but could they have it done? In this poor woman case being overdrawn that many times, I can see why the bank person said no. After all it wasn't the banks fault, its the person. Having sympathy for a person I guess no longer goes a long way, but then a bank should not give away the farm giving back fees to people who doesn't deserve it. This takes away from other services being offered taken away or stopping to make up for giving money away. I know every company CAN'T make every customer happy, because you can never please some people no matter how much you go out the way to please. I will for one continue to come to this branch "whenever in the area" and use this bank anywhere in the USA because of its services and GREAT people!!!

Since their mobile app has been down for days, I decided to go to the physical location of Wells Fargo near the intersection of Hungerford Dr and 355. When i arrived, there wasn't a line but slips counter was completely empty. How hard is it to restock deposit and withdrawal slips during off peak time? During my visit, Chamisa provided me with the Customer Service line to report issues with the app!

I highly do NOT recommend this bank. I came to cash a check and waited in line for 10 minutes when I got to the teller they said they had to verify the check that's fine. After they verified the check I had to get BACK into the line and wait another 10 minutes cause the line got longer. They asked if I wanted to open an account and I declined because I can only imagine the headaches that will come with the long lines and constantly waiting. terrible customer service and no respect for potential clients.
