The worst customer service that I've ever had. The store was closed when I arrived during business hours. When she got back, she didn't want to help me. She didn't know anything. She told me that I could more information on the telephone customer service. Then she stopped talking to me and waited on another customer.

I arrived at the store at exactly 7:30 pm on 06/17/2025 to get a new phone because mine got bad during the day. I can't imagine going a whole day without a phone because that's what i use for work. I met a lady and a guy at the store. The lady in there said she couldn't help because they close at 8pm, and kept insisting there's nothing she can do about it. A whole 30 minutes isn't enough for 2 staffs to assist me. I was so disappointed because I met them literally doing nothing. Wish I could give zero star.

I went there recently on Wednesday 5/21/2025 to pay a bill. There was a Latina woman running the payments at the cash register. I tried paying my phone bill with Apple Pay and their system failed to complete the transaction. She was extremely rude in helping me get the payment done over the phone and basically refused to help me. I feel strongly that this was racially motivated because the whole time she was talking about me in fluent Spanish on the store phone. Try avoiding this store and their contactless payment system, especially if she’s there.

this short girl with brown hair I think she’s hispanic that work here is NO help. My mother went in asking kindly for help and this girl was making excuses to not do her job. As my mother was walking out the lady laughed and said “oh are you mad”. What? Nobody gave her a reason to act that way, I went today and she couldn’t help me with my phone either my SIM card was locked so I needed a new SIM card she told me she couldn’t do anything that I COULD call customer service and their would be a 50/50 percent chance they could unlock it but it wouldn’t unlock for 6 MORE MONTHS and I said okay then when I got on the phone with customer service they helped me in 5 MINUTES they told me I could’ve done all of this when I went to the cricket store. They were confused themselves why she didn’t even try. I’ve never wrote a review before but after that someone NEEDS to hold her accountable.

I misplaced my SIM card when I switched it out for a European one on vacation. After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!

I wish i can give 0 stars!! I went i to this ghetto store for service and when i arrived the women that worked there had her over grown daughter there and had to ask her to move so i can sit and have service while i had my new born in my hand! While i was given a tablet to fill everything out on my own! When i finished the women made me wait as she was on the phone talking mess about the store manager (childish) i wanted to walk out but i had my info in the tablet and i really needed a phone! Like this store needs better service!!!! She was soo unprofessional and NO HELP TO ME!!!! The guy that was there was no help either he was in and out the store and talking to her while she was on the phone with another employee as well! I was just standing there waiting for someone to say something or to help me like it really took alot out of me not to curse them out!!! Do better!!!! While i was talking to her about what to so she was to busy in her phone camera checking her makeup! Im baffled!! What is wrong with you people today? Why work customer service if you not going to help?

There's not a lot of crickets around like there used to be and when I stopped in this one to pay my bill the old-fashioned way they were having a party in the parking lot with a food truck and a DJ and free stuff so that was pretty damn good got some free tacos

The girl who speaks in Spanish, all the information she gave me was wrong, a pure lie, in the end they never knew the next step, she lied to me and made me do many wrong things, in the end the phone did not have enough signal, she said I could change it without any charge that everything was already covered and it turns out that when you brought it for the exchange it was also a pure lie, you also had to pay activation and taxes,

I've had a brutal month, well, decade...but extra bad month. I've had a few awesome years in my life, but mostly trauma, though society would assume by my outside it's all been breezy. Suffering. So much pain.I've been basically ignored anywhere I go to hand my scraped together money. All looking down at there phones. No one seems to multitask anymore. No one cares about anyone even those humans handing them or trying to hand them money.DELVIN WAS AMAZING!!!!He was fast friendly and knowledgeable. He expertly multitasked helping me while the customer before me was entering data or checking out phones AND BLANCED it with keeping an attentive eye on customer 1 so the second she was done with a step he'd switch back to taking her to the next step, they while she's busy again back to me. Dude could conduct a symphony.But.most of all, he was kind...dude was an angel sent to save my life, even tho he didn't know it. Too often we forget it is a human being. Let's all be more like Delvin.I don't know if he saw the hurt in my eyes or what...but the decent and just plain awesome retail skills

We were gonna go to sprint but the girl would not open the door when it was time to open the store and the guy from cricket opend his store early for us so we went with cricket for phones and he was great we love our service couldn't complain
