The workers in this facility lack customer service I have had to chase down 4 packages which were delivered to he held there by USPS and each time they were unable to find the package. The last attempt I was told that they gave it back to the USPS driver because they do not accept usps packages for hold. This is extremely frustrating to not have dependable options for package transit. I received a halfhearted apology after being told they found it last night and gave it out today.
