I recently had a very disappointing experience at the FedEx location in Golden Ring. I arrived ready to ship my package, only to find that their QR code reader was not functioning. Instead of offering any viable solutions, the staff simply suggested I go to a different location. This was particularly frustrating as it was already the second location I was directed to.
To make matters worse, when I offered to email them the shipping label or explore other options to print it, I was met with a rigid adherence to company policy. They refused to accommodate my request, leaving me feeling helpless and ignored.
I highly recommend that anyone planning to use the Golden Ring FedEx location ensure they have their shipping label printed beforehand. My experience showed a clear lack of willingness to assist customers in resolving issues. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you can.

Absolutely terrible. They literally walk up to your door, knock, then turn right around and leave since they are lazy and fedex doesn't hold their drivers accountable. Won't be surprised if you close down.
