My car was making an odd noise & I came here without an appointment or calling first & asked them to look at it. Even though they were kind busy Jay had no problem checking my car. After checking it he kindly fixed the problem. Such kind & quick service, I will be returning. Thank you Jay.

This must be shared. I have been on the road for several days, having relocated from Florida. Traveling with multiple pets = challenges...so does driving, period! My window got stuck and I freaked out. There's no rest for an exhausted driver if your window is down in a neighborhood that you don't know. STACY at Firestone came to the rescue. Her beautiful smile greeted me - she must have known that I was stressed. She was on it immediately - she marched me outside and assessed the situation. Water gets into the doors with Chrysler 200 models - it affects the electronic window switch. By magic, Stacy had that window rolled up in no time. And she's right - I hear water sloshing in the car door. What a smart Lady! Go see her - tell her that I sent you!
