Tried to get help with setting up account for my son. The first # 1 girl as soon as you enter in the left gave me a bit of a tude. It seems as if they have to do a little extra leg work beyond getting cash from the till, it’s a little too much for them. Would rate 0 for this one person. EOE at work here.

Terrible service flat out! Customer service is awful. I had representatives hang up on me, refused to give me my own account information, and refused payments. I will never recommend this bank to anyone ever.
