I've been to plenty of GameStop stores, and Ash has shown that even amidst them all there is always one that will stand out. They did such an amazing job finding everything I needed and keeping me in the loop with upcoming games and SYSTEMS!!! Will definitely be back. True customer service at its best

A great experience!! I spoke to Ash over the phone who was absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to go out of her way to help me. She provided such great service I went out of my way to visit her store. She let me know GameStop buys games too and bought several games I wasn’t interested in, making my purchase almost free! Ash and the other associate who helped me made my experience and this is by far the best GameStop experience I have had.

The store is decent. But the employee kept asking me over and over if i needed anything, then when I finally did check out, he started helping another customer mid transaction. I have the game stop credit card so I need to present the card to the employee but he was looking up stuff for someone else for so long that the session timed out for me to present the card. 10 min later, when he came back, he restarted the transaction and I paid with a regular debt card just so I could leave. I put my debt card in, printed my own receipt and left without him even noticing. I definitely could have just walked out with the merch. I get helping customers, but to have me wait ten minutes while you're actively checking me out? Just so you can look something up for a customer who came in after I already started checking out? Idk. The guy was sketchy. Tell the other customer you'll be right with them? I'd of been done within seconds if he'd of just finished ringing me up. Let alone the fact that he kept forgetting he already asked me if I needed help several times... Guy probably shouldn't work in an environment where you may have to juggle customers.

Ask a question for some games and the guy with long pony tail with glasses gave me a attitude so didn’t bother buying anything after that guess he was a little angry after coming in during his cigarette break

The worst GameStop I’ve ever been to. The only employee in there is the worst. Condescending, rude, unhelpful. World would be a better place without him.

Stopped in the store to pick up an item I ordered online and when I walked into the store there were no customers and I was not greeted at all by the employee behind the desk. I told him I was there to pick up an order I placed online and he responded in a very rude and condescending tone, “Well what kind of order is it?” I thought I was clear that it was for an item I purchased online to be picked up in store. When I told him further it was an online order he quickly responded and said, “Well I’m going to need to see ID.” in a very rude manner and tone. I already had my ID because I was prepared that I would need to show it to pick up my order. He acted like I was bothering him by coming in to pick up my online order and was taking away from him not doing anything at the moment. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I will not be patronizing this location if this particular employee is there. He should not be working in any customer service position and I strongly hope he will be reprimanded in some way. I felt like I was being a nuisance picking my own order that I paid for and should have been an easy transaction. I see there are other complaints for this same individual and hopefully management or corporate will deal with this individual. I believe his name is Tony. Tall with long pony tail and tattoo on his arm. Please fix this issue because business at this location will suffer even more having an individual with this type of attitude employed.

I will not come to this GameStop again winning that asking for audio video cord for a Playstation 2 they did not have it but that wasn't the issue after that I seen the backbone game player and I wanted to see did it go to Android phones or anything I asked him the girl at the counter she told me she cannot let me see it and told me ask her manager if you notice I'm black and it's cold outside so I got a bunch of clothes on and a hat with a face mask but it's down and she told me no
