The service I received from Goodyear was excellent! I reached out first thing in the morning and my email correspondence was accommodating and pleasant. I was able to come in the same day and was in and out in an hour with 4 new tires priced cheaper than the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend Goodyear. Ronny was super helpful and explained a lot of questions I had.

Ronny was fantastic! He got me in and out quickly while providing excellent service. Not only was he efficient, but he was also incredibly friendly and kind. I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude!

i take my car here for all the basics- brakes & rotors, new tires, rotations etc. the staff is friendly and professional, service is quick and it’s reasonably priced. i will definitely continue to come back to this location for all my car needs.

After having an awful experience at Jiffy Lube when I attempted to get a nail in my tire fixed , I drove over to Goodyear on Philadelphia Rd in Maryland. Wow, two awesome individuals helped even though it was close to closing time. Real gentleman and professionals. I hope corporate managers know the assets they have in Paul Buschmann and Service Manager John Hedge! I love that location as their kindness and clear explanation speaks volumes. I guess that is why I returned to that location which is where I purchased 4 tires for my Corvette a few years ago. Thank you for your excellent service to the community, Respectfully Zee

This is the only shop I found that would dona MD state inspection while you wait. The service was excellent and the counter help was very friendly. Now let's talk about the pricing... Holy cow the inspection was about 180$. This is criminal and if I would have known earlier (my fault for it asking) I would have never had it done there. Most places in the area are around 80$ According to the State police website they can charge a hour and a half labor but they can charge whatever they want per hour. Maryland needs to go back to regulation on the ceiling for this required inspection. Will definitely be the last time I inspect a vehicle there, and to be honest I won't return period.

I visited this Goodyear for my vehicle's state inspection. Doug, one of the service people was really helpful in getting me signed in quickly. He was also very communicative about the process, where my car is, and how much longer I should have to wait. I will say the inspection price is a bit high, but that is something not in Goodyear's control likely. Doug was able to point out something that needed correcting, which my other service center failed to point out (Koons Volvo), so I appreciate Doug and his team's attention to detail. The customer service was exceptional, which is why I will likely use this Goodyear for my automobile services moving forward rather than going to the other place I frequented before. I feel at ease knowing Doug and his team will be transparent in their communication and make sure my car is in exceptional condition at all times. If you are in the area, I would recommend this service center.

Super nice group. I’ve been coming here since moving to Rosedale for routine maintenance. Any time I’ve had an urgent or emergent situation they have managed to get me in next day. Even last night I called at 5:30 (they close at six) I was worried about my battery. They had me drop it off. Called first thing this morning and also told me a belt was dry rotted, but they had the part in stock and could fix it for me. My car was done by 11:00. They don’t try and upsell you during routine maintenance, they always call and go over prices before the service starts. Granted none of us want to pay for auto work but in the grand scheme of things their pricing is fair and very transparent.

Had a great 1st experience here today! Big shoutout to Paul, he was super kind. He got me in last minute for an appointment & worked with me in an understanding, professional manner. It was the quickest & most efficient service ever! Everyone is super friendly! Thank you Goodyear in Rosedale, and especially Paul for making it a great experience!

Went here mainly because they were open on a Saturday and my camper tire had a large spike stuck in it the manager was very friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with there service

I have been coming hear for a bit now and not going to my dealership for most things. The service is great, All the staff are friendly. As long as you have an appointment the wait time is not bad at all. They can get booked quick so plan ahead. { Have a better time here getting tires for my KIA then at dealership (past visit).}
