“Big fan of this store. They have a huge selection of every category and a great clearance section. The cashier was really nice when I went up to pay for my really great deals. I am an Old Navy girl so I always find something when I’m there. They had a great summer collection this year. This plaza also has a ton of stuff including Kohl’s and Mom’s Organic Grocery.”
“OMG we are so excited to have met Steve and Dominick. My husband and I spent more than 2 hours with them yesterday, designing a bespoke tuxedo and a dress to wear at a black-tie optional wedding. We CANNOT wait for the finished items! They pulled our ideas from our heads and knew what would work. Run, don't walk, to meet these guys at their beautiful showroom in Mt. Vernon. The have gorgeous off the rack clothing and can probably design any item of clothing you have in mind.”
“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”

“I needed new pants for the Fall/Winter so I popped in on a Friday evening. Trey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very specific about the way pants fit and he had no problem helping me find the right pair and size. I’ve never had a pants shopping experience go this quick and smooth and that’s all thanks to Trey.”
“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! “We used Baltimore Custom Clothiers to have them make a custom-made suit for our wedding for the groom and the suit is wonderful! Chase was easy to work with and the design and feel of the suit is great. We highly recommend getting a suit from them!”

“I haven't been to Macy's in years because shopping just wasn't my thing for awhile but needed a nice dress for my Granddaughters wedding so where do you go Macy's. I was so pleased with what I bought. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I really enjoyed being there. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice. “My experience at Spencers, inside the White Marsh Mall is always very nice and pleasant. The store manager and staff are always very warm, and welcoming as soon as I come into the store. They're always asking if you need help with anything while shopping. Recently I had a little concern or issue with my purchase and refund/exchange but the store manager went above and beyond to explain to me my charges when I thought I was being overcharged. She was so patient and understanding when assisting me. She never once got mad or thought that I was irrational and even sympathized with me. I love this Spencers store and will always be their number one customer especially because they have the best graphic tees, dope BOGO sales and the best adult naughty products as well. ?”
