Highly recommend this Mr. Tire store! Even though I was a walk-in I was able to be serviced (oil change) and on my way within 1 hour. Mr. Ed and the staff were friendly and professional.

Please do not use this company. I had new tires installed and new tire sensors replaced on all 4 tires do to a tire sensor fault light being on. You would think that Mr. Tire could resolve a tire problem. I have taken my car back 4 times and the problem has not been resolved. I will be returning one more time then I will have to try to resolve my issue with the cooperation main office.
Totally Disappointed ?!!!

Honestly had one of the best customer experiences with Ed and Tristan over a headache of a flat tire. My overnight replacement tire was delayed and Ed found a tire in the same size for me as I needed my vehicle to travel for an out of state wedding. The location even received my late tire for me while I was out of town, and got it swapped the day I got back. Great communication.

I made an appointment online and when I arrived at the garage I was turned away due to lack of staffing for the day without any prior notice. I also had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I went to another garage nearby that was able to meet my needs and whose staff were much more friendly and helpful.

I walked into Mr. Tire as a spare of the moment last resort. I had been procrastinating getting new tires until I had a flat. I was greeted by Eli and needed 4 new tires. Luckily all were in stock and they had a buy one get one deal. I proceeded to ask if I could get my tires changed immediately. Eli was great and said he could get me serviced swiftly. I added an alignment and oil change, and my car was serviced and completed in under two hours. Job well done!

Would give a no star rating, but unable to post review without selecting at least 1 star. Attitude today, the minute I walked in. Tire to be repaired under warranty protection and I did have a 10 am appt. Approximately one hour wait time until car to be looked at. Was going to get back tires but after several issues here in the past (when getting front tires, phone ringing and no pick up, day of service with appt., no one showed up to work - leave and call later. Alignment day, one guy who works in shop had court in am and not back yet), as well as today's attitude, I will go to Walmart or anywhere else. 1pm, no call regarding tire repair!
