We tried calling y'all several times today since this morning as my daughter Elena has a fever and was not able to come in today. No one answered any of the times we called.

The French Onion Soup is addictive. For a more reasonable price, get a toasted bagel with butter instead of a sandwich with this soup (everything, sesame or Asiago are my recommendations) ?

My favorite Panera Bread location in Baltimore always has fresh food and is usually not too crowded, unlike the other Panera Bread locations in the area. However, I wish that Panera Bread was a little bit more affordable. It is quite expensive for a neighborhood coffee shop.

This is the third time we have ordered from this location and each time we have order they have forgotten something in our order. First time we let it go, but made them aware and they got someone to bring it to us. The second time we had to go and get what they forgot, or we would be out of luck (their words not ours). The third time was out last time ever ordering from this location. I will wait a little longer for my food to arrive from the Nottingham location, they are always on top of things. They even initial the bag saying it was checked, this location seems they could careless. We gave them enough chances and personally I think three was more than enough, most stop at two!

Their sandwiches are the best of them all. Not forgetting the creamy chicken soup.

SAFETY WARNING I placed a rapid order pickup for 2 soups and 2 sandwiches i picked it up without problem then got home and bit into a sharp bone fragment in the turkey chili. I contacted support and received no response please be careful if you have children this is definitely a hidden danger. This bone sliced the roof of my mouth and panera didn't respond so please watch out for your food, the business doesn't seem to worry about the consumers's safety

Okay, this is not a food review. I have no complaints about the food itself. I got the food I ordered and it was fine. My issue is the spoons for eating soup. I know I must not be the only one this has happened to. Upon eating the soup, the edge of the spoon was so sharp that it cut the inside of my lip. Which caused my lip to swell, and I had a fat lip. It was so painful I had to put orajel on my lip to numb it. If I'm bringing the soup home, of course I can use my own spoon, but these plastic spoons should not be causing harm to the customers.

the new recipe for the cinnamon bun is a fail. Not as thick, as big or good overall. Never buying it again.

I do not eat inside often but when ordering rapid to go I never have an issue with my order. I like to customize it leaving certain main ingredients off and the workers have always paid close attention to that!

I hate to leave a bad review when folks are nice, but this Panera just needs to get it together. Mr. X loves bagels on the weekend with his coffee. So I'm trying to find an alternative to the grocery-store variety which really aren't real bagels, but more like just thick, bagel-shaped bread. I thought I'd try Panera and I'm sorry I did. Read on, friend.I'm standing at the counter, RIGHT IN FRONT of the girl taking orders and it's like she doesn't even see me. Finally a co-worker says "Did you take his order?", and then she snaps into action. I should have known my visit was going to go to shit at this point, but I pressed on. Strike 1.I had to repeat my order three times to this girl, and she still didn't get it right when putting it into the cash register. How hard is "two orange scones, one berry scone, and six plain bagels"? Then she brings over some muffins and no bagels. Strike 2.I asked for the six plain bagels again, and I'd like them sliced. She brings over 6 bagels in a paper bag. I repeated sliced, again. She proceeds to take them over to a table where she slices them in the most irregular way I ever saw, taking FOREVER to do the task. I asked why she didn't just use the automatic slicer just to her left, and she replied "Because I'm not old enough to use it". Interesting that they let a minor use a bread knife though. After the slicing marathon ended, she just tossed all the cut halves into a plastic bag, quite unlike the beautifully stacked ones you see on the Panera web site, which are nested in a beautifully labelled bag. Nope, not these. Just a bag of tossed in, irregularly cut halves. Mr. X will not be pleased. Strike 3, you're out. This shit bag of bagel carnage cost me $8.50. EIGHT DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS for BREAD! Contrast this to Food Lion's bagels, cut and stacked neatly in a sleeve for just under $4.00. They aren't true bagels, but they are going to do from now on. The one star is for the manager lady who was so sweet, and for the orange iced scones which are great if you can get them. Mr. X said the berry scone was not that great.

I'm not too crazy about the food. The only reason why I went there is because I had a gift card that somebody gave me. The food is kind of high and they don't give you enough. I don't hate it but I would never go there unless I have a gift card. The food is not nasty but it's not the best tasting food I have ever
