We have been working with Eric for a while now, and also just started working with Jesse. They are definitely our "go to" flooring company and they have been great working with our schedules and timelines. Patti is always great communicating with the office portion of the process as well. I highly recommend Premier.

I cannot recommend Premier Flooring enough! They were very professional throughout the whole process. When they went to install the flooring in my basement, they realized the concrete was very unlevel and needed to be smoothed out. While I was not expecting this, they were fair and honest with price when it came to a solution to this issue. They could've easily just taken the easy route and never told me about the uneven concrete, but they didn't and got the job done right. The finished product (CoreTec Vinyl) looks amazing!Service: Install flooring

Horrible. They are linked with home depot . No professionalism. They have a store in Rosdale that my cousin stated is horrible as well and are linked to the Home Depot . Many have said their work and craftmanship is sloppy.Manager Matt in Berlin is totally unprofessional as well as Mike in Rosdale . Premier Flooring corporation will need to be aware of them.

I set up an appointment with Premier to pick out rug and to get measurement. Rearranged my schedule to accommodate, no big deal except no one ever showed up or called. If they were to call now it will never happened. Not professional to leave customers hanging, so how profession will they be in installing.Gayle
