I hate coming to these quest diagnostics because they take to long. This is the only one that you still have to wait but only 10mins sometimes less. The nurses here are so patient and kind. Ms. Suki Gwen always look out for us. She is so sweet and she always helps us. I will be returning..

Do not give them a credit card. They lie to your face and say it will.not be auto charged , they will send you a bill after insurance assess the claim. This is a lie. They will just auto chatge.

I have used Quest many times, but the location I used I have only used a few times, I had trouble using the register screen available and I had 1 of the flabotomist there be very rude to me about signing in, she was not pleasant to me at all. Other than that I recommend using them.

Quest is okay but you guys are not flexible with people that have realistic work schedules youre not open on weekends you close extremely early you pretty much have to make it a whole day event to get lab work you got to take off work it not the ideal place I would choose I would definitely choose LabCorp over you guys sorry customer service is good but youre just not flexible at all far as the time and your Labs take too long to come back Ive been waiting 4 days and Im still havent gotten any results LabCorp had my results in 48 hours Im just not sold on yall I only came because my doctor seems like they only use you guys but Im changing my PCP so I definitely probably won't be back

Didn’t have the supplies for my test. Had a similar issue previously and tried to call ahead but their phone system is 100% automated and has no way to contact the actual locations. Staff was nice but their system should not let me schedule an appointment and drive across town for a test they know they can’t provide.

APPOINTMENTS RECCOMENDED. Clean facilities, helpful and friendly staff, check in was a breeze, decent sized break room.

Got there as a walk in 30 minutes before closing, finished in 15 minutes. Lab techs were very nice and efficient.
Not much traffic 30 minutes before closing this day.

love the check in via cell phone - the staff is very courteous and professional and always on time. I couldn't ask for more. The lady who took my blood is awesome - I no longer get large bruises after a blood draw because she uses tiny needles but is easily able to get the blood she needs for my tests.
