I lost my phone and I was in a desperate situation. Telling the lady that waited on me I just needed something to hold me over for a day or two until I could find what happened to my phone and then switch plans. So I got a pay-as-you-go phone that I was told I could return with just a reshelfing fee. The woman instead of just telling me the phone sold me a 3-month plan and I got the phone free but didn't bother to tell me I couldn't return that type of purchase. So I'm stuck with this preused phone. Did even give me a real charging cord. It's a phone to phone cord. Also said the down payment on a $799.99 phone was $700.00 lol Thanks to the horrible people at the store I will be going with At&T.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I had my old phone reactivated for my wife, adding her to my account. I didn't have to pay anything for the reactivation, and her first month was free. I'd recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

Decent people, though they will sell you a warranty that won't give you the ability to repair your screen. They say it will, but there are no repair people within 50 miles and so the insurance they sell to you will only give you the option of replacing your whole phone for triple the price of a screen repair.The manager is aware and continues to use $30 screen repair as a major sales point

Poorly ran store. The male manager with 10 finger rings on his hands and girl with old braids, Covid mask & extremely bad dandruff were downright rude, unprofessional and stereotypical. I felt like I was profiled as soon as I entered the door. I eventually found myself having to explain and prove to them that I am a person that’s accustomed to a quality level of service, that I would never achieve in there. Best of luck with your jobs…. Maybe so or not, my lecture enlightened you on how to change your financial situation due to your lack of knowledge, expertise and desire to provide an outstanding service. I eventually went to apple where the customer service rep directed me through my phone settings to find out my model and did not tell me to hold my phone up to your displays to match it up. I had a 13 pro max and not a 14 as dandruff girl stated. I purchased a new case with a new magnet attachable battery pack. Maybe this information doesn’t have any relevance to you all because as you stated it’s something you don’t sell, however good customer service would have searched for this information. Great customer service would have known about it prior to my arrival. It’s sad when I was stereotyped by those who I can now tell why, are in financial hardship. Y’all mindsets will forever have you exchanging your time for money, keeping you enslaved to your situation while deflecting your failures onto people who you believe are mediocre achievers such as you are… simply because we match each other’s hue. I pray for healing, increase and a development of humanitarianism. Deal with yourself before God does it first! Dear ownership, your baby is being supervised by those who are creating a culture, bias towards those who look them! Educate, retrain and or replace them immediately before suffering guarantee failure! ✌?

Waited to be helped. Obtaining costs was difficult. Once waited on, we were out the door in minutes so that was a plus.

I was treated like a piece of trash. All i wanted to do was return a leased phone, they said the phone needed to be sent through tmobile custumer care. Tmobile custumer care said that it could only be returned in store. Manager and employee were trying to intimidate me and were not trying to resolve my issue at all. They kept telling me to call custumer care instead of helping me. Never have i felt so disrespected. They deserve 0 stars.

Very impressed with this store. We have had terrible experiences at other stores and this store was able to resolve all the issues the others couldn't. AAA+ in my book.

I came into the store Wed 11-2-22 with questions about my new phone. Keshawn waited on me. What a pleasure it was dealing with him. He was extremely helpful, very patient with me since my last phone was a flip phone, very polite, spoke very clearly. I would recommend Keshawn to anyone going to the Rosedale location.One very satisfied customer.

I switched from Android to Apple which is already a stressful transition but to be blatantly lied to by an associate informing me they could NOT help me transfer my information to the brand new 1200$ phone I just bought is RIDICULOUS (13 pro max) Then of course after dealing with Apple the phone is defective not a store problem BUT I have 14 days to replace at the store right?!? 8 days later I return to the store to be told they no longer have the phone in store but go to the next closest store they have it. I asked was she sure she said yes… This was the same young lady that LIED the week before so I should’ve know not to waste my gas because the next location also doesn’t have the phone. I have been with T-MOBILE 16 years… my experience AT THIS LOCATION made me want to change carriers. I am seriously considering it after I return this phone without receiving a replacement so I’m not stuck with T-Mobile any longer.

Fantastic Service!!My husband was upgrading from the Samsung 9 to an iPhone 12. Maria Mwangi was friendly, thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. She walked him/us through the entire "Apple" experience and the best way to be able to get all his contacts and information exported tot he new phone. With all the options available for Cellular Service & Mobile phones, it's refreshing to know that since we've been T-Mobile/Sprint customers, our phone service and when necessary the customer service is stellar.Thanks!!
