I would expect good service from here but when it comes to filling propane tanks it’s as if the employees become completely incompetent. I’ve had to drive over 30 minutes, 6 times now to the next nearest tractor supply because of the employees not wanting to do their jobs. Otherwise everything is alright.

Just got back from TSC and my guy Will went above and beyond to lock down a $35 sale, which I think qualifies as top notch service.
Like everyone else, I wanted a 16'x50" cattle panel to use in the garden but I have an SUV without a roof rack and so conventional wisdom is "it ain't happening". Will walked me out to the panels anyway and I said I had a plan to cut the panel in half and then do some creative folding. Rather than saying "you're on your own dude", Will said "let me go get some bolt cutters". Next thing you know I got a cattle panel in the back of a Rav4 without a scratch.
If you want to know how to do it, and don't mind cutting the panel into 8' lengths: you need zip ties, a 4' long board, at least 40" wide x 30" high x 50" deep space in the back of your SUV, some towels, and Will from TSC in Rosedale.

For them to have a security Officer with a puppy that says in training laying on the hot concrete out front of the store is not a good thing . No water

I absolutely hate the costumer service, I’ve tried calling on the phone so many times but they never answer. If I could give 0 stars I would, I hope they fix the costumer service as soon as possible.

Everytime for the past like 2 or 3 months I go to get my propane filled and either the pump is down or they say they are out and i have to drive all the way up to the one on mountain rd. To me this is getting ridiculous when I live right in dundalk and got to burn an extra $30 in diesel fuel to get propane.

Been getting my mobile grooming van filled up here for 3 years with propane. I know it’s not the funnest job, as the propane tank is located in an inconvenient spot. But I always make sure to call ahead and ask them if it’s okay to come & apologize profusely for it being a bit of a hassle. They have filled up my propane in every type of weather imaginable and like I stated before, I always call to make sure they are able to before even heading over. I was there this past Wednesday, after calling ahead, and speaking to a gentlemen named Billy and him telling me “no problem, just call when you’re in the parking lot!”. I called to let them know I arrived when an extremely rude lady answered and stated that they wouldn’t be able to fill it. I relayed to her that I had already gotten it cleared per Billy and explained who I was. After her trying to argue with me for several minutes, she finally came out with an even worse attitude and explained that she would not be filling it. I told her I had never had an issue in the past three years and already called ahead and cleared it, so someone would have to fill my van after coming all this way for it to be done. Waited for about 15 minutes for another employee to come out only for him to be completely incompetent on filling propane and didn’t understand how to work. The bleeder valve or anything. Out of pure laziness, he ended up saying that their fitting didn’t have a proper seal, when keep in mind- I usually go about every two weeks and have NEVER had an issue. So I believe they wanted to get out of providing this service for me. The point is, I took every necessary measure to make sure it was okay for me to come BEFOREHAND. They shouldn’t have told me yes to just end up having the poorest customer service and attitude once I got there.I was able to go up the street and take my business elsewhere where they filled up my propane in 5 minutes without an attitude and argument.

I love TCS in general, for everything. But the staff at THIS location are extraordinary. Always so helpful, polite and courteous. And I was skeptical about the location when it was first announced, so glad they proved me wrong

Went gun safe shopping over the Black Friday weekend, and me and spouse traveled far and wide for the Winchester 36 gun case safe that was on sale. Last place we checked was the Rosedale location, I called and spoke to Will. Great customer service over the phone as well as in person!! He was really knowledgeable about the safe and gave us great advice how to transport this beauty home. We was able to purchase the safe on Saturday and pick it up on Monday. Due to Will’s great advice, pick up and transportation was a breeze. THANKS AGAIN WILL!!
