Ignorant door to door sales constantly ignore 3 no soliciting signs harassing homeowners who do NOTwant to be disturbed. This makes me NEVER want to use verizon for anything. I will post pictures of the sales who choose to ignore signs posted by the homeowners.

Very nice staff but disappointing to see the description on Google as Verizon Home Internet, etc. I specifically came to the store for that reason and was informed that this particular location only offered wireless service.

Worst store. Just walked in and sat there for 30 min. Nobody acknowledged me. 3 out of the 4 reps were busy but the woman who wasn't with anyone didn't even say anything to me. Wouldn't even look at me. Don't go to this store. Just go down the road to the overlea location and save yourself the B.S.

I came to this Verizon on 11/23/24 to get a cord replaced for my router. As soon as we walked in the store and explained what we needed the employee who “helped” us showed no sympathy and wasn’t welcoming at all. He immediately told us that he couldn’t help because the store doesn’t carry the cords and to call the FIOS Customer service line. They didn’t even ask for my phone number to look at my account. After leaving the store and calling the line, the phone representative (who was much more enthusiastic to help and empathetic to the frustrating situation) created a ticket for us to get to pick up a new cord. Afterwards, we went BACK into the store with the ticket (which the employee didn’t even search up for in any computer!) because he said I needed an order number and not a repair ticket.)and were told once again that we needed to call the FIOS customer service line because sometimes “theyre stupid”. I asked if we could call the line together for assistance in figuring out the issue and he said no. All during this, there was another employee/manager who didn’t step in until things escalated. There was NO effort to help us at all. All of this over a router power cord? As we were leaving they shouted at us to “go to Verizon” even though we were at the correct Verizon. Im about to switch providers because this is ridiculous! Would NOT recommend and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Really disappointed by the customers service. No email address to file a complaint. Since yesterday trying to reach through support or contact us buy of no use.

I was there like three weeks ago trying to set up my new pixel 9pro phone. And Damion and (I forgot the other associate but she's a black female with glasses) were ever so helpful in setting up my new phone, while dealing with some unhinged customers.
Give both of them a raise.

Devin Koros from the Rosedale Verizon was the best salesman I've ever had. He made my transition from prepaid to an actual account seamless. He explained everything and was very thorough. Go see Devin at Rosedale he's your man, awesome experience!!!!!

I came to Verizon because the 5G was off my phone. Don't know how spoke to a gentleman named Deonte when I tell you it took him less than 5 minutes to fix my phone. I was very pleased you need to recognize this man. He's very smart and wise. I stayed on the telephone for an hour and a half with tech support and they could not help me. This man fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much!...
