Decided to give them a shot since Rite Aid closed down. Transferred here and received automated texts that my prescriptions were ready. I get there none were ready and 1 they claimed they needed a pre authorization. Their customer service and professionalism were below expectations. I will not be going back. I gave them a chance and they dropped the ball terribly…….

Never easy to get prescriptions correct. I had many prescriptions to pick up. Was told 2 were ready to comeback in afternoon to pick all of them up. Only had 3 ready. Took home two of the prescriptions were not complete. Only 2 pills in bottle. No one ever mentioned that they were not completely fill. Tire of driving back and forth. Forget calling.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up 2 meds. I was the price of one and said I was using my single care. Once I said that, the girl said it's now not giving her a price on her computer. How odd! So she said you could pay the original price of $98! I said I don't have $98 that's why I'm using single care! She said I could come in. What good would that do?! Then I was told it could be a few minutes or an hour's wait. I'm sorry, I don't have the time for this nonsense! So now I'm out of my meds and have to go back again later or tomorrow! This has never happened to me for as long as I've been dealing with Walgreens! Very inconvenient! So I just said, I guess I'll have to come back although I don't want to! No apologies, just, okay sounds good!

Customer service is the worse I have ever seen. First an employee walks by with her lunch after I was standing waiting for 5 minutes. Then per FedEx instructions you bring your return and the QR code. They refused to accept return because I didn’t have a return label, which is NOT what the instructions say. I tried to explain and was told “It’s our policy”

I am honestly not sure who this new pharmacist is up here, but I have had some serious issues with getting prescriptions filled for multiple people in my family after they’ve had surgery because they want to question why they’re getting these prescriptions first of all you’re a pharmacist fill them. It’s pretty much none of your business why the doctor filled the prescription in the first place For said person, do your job! I am totally disgusted, and this came from someone that works at the pharmacy and told me That’s why the prescriptions are always delayed. May have to change the location of where we get our prescriptions

If you need actual assistance with questions or concerns regarding medications, availability and prescription refills. Do not use this location, Walgreens. Unfortunately there pharmacy has declined since the staff changed. This current staff is rude and unprofessional. They lack customer management skills and are unable to handle a line of customers in a timely fashion. The lady with the black bob actually closed the window in my face after she finished serving the lady in front of me, and I'd stood in line to pick up medication. I edited this to add the cockroach photos.

This is a rating of the PHARMACY ONLY!!! (because everything / everyone else at this Walgreens Location is quite pleasant & helpful). BUT I SERIOUSLY CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE EVEN HAS A “2” STAR RATING!! ??HERE’s MY ✌? If you want to guarantee that you’ll get your meds when you NEED them, you’ll need to make sure you get in line by like last Tuesday at the latest…YES they are THAT slow ???PSA #2: Please don’t ever depend on the ‘hours’ this Walgreens Pharmacy ’claims’ they are open until. They stop serving their customers when THEY CHOOSE, and not a SECOND LATER. Because the ONLY thing that matters around here, is THEM! NOT YOU the paying customers!!! & best believe They WILL leave your butt waiting right in that Drive-Thru line all the way until they re-open the next morning!! & won’t think twice about it!! THEY DONT CARE!!By far the absolute WORST customer service you will ever receive from a pharmacy. Hands down & ??? definitely DO NOT recommend until someone handles that place.WHERE IS UNDERCOVER BOSS WHEN YOU NEED THEM?!?!

Well Walgreens in Rosedale what is the issue yesterday? Why did you close at 3:50 in the afternoon. Please let us know if this is going to be an ongoing issue so we can find another pharmacy. Thank you

There is a street level mentality here that everyone is in the store to steal. The employees put their own agendas before the interests of the company. In part this appears to be because the store employees are a disproportionate representation of the customers who shop there. Upper-level management needs to step in and correct this problem or community members should come together and boycott. Employees should not be permitted to treat customers in the way that is occurring at this location and still be able to keep their jobs. Complaints are blatantly disregarded, and management is partial to the employees who are treated better than the customers who keep the business afloat. Employees need more training and should not be given a ticket to treat customers however they wish. The number of complaints of bad experiences at this location are profound and need to be addressed on behalf of the community and the company.

I was shopping in this store minding my own business when suddenly I was surrounded by police officers. The workers called and made a false accusation that they saw me stealing. I promptly emptied my pockets to prove my innocence. The police officers apologized for the store's wrongful harassment and gave me their contact information in the event I file a civil lawsuit. They thanked me for cooperating and wished me a happy holiday as they were leaving and I continued shopping. The workers did not apologize when the police told them I had no stolen merchandise on me and continued to harass me. When I got to the register to ring up my items and make a complaint, a worker started arguing and another worker came over started shouting and cursing at me and ran around the counter to attack me and had to be restrained by two other workers! When I left, she was still screaming and trying to break free. My blood pressure climbed sky high, and I was throwing up outside the store from her volatile actions. This girl was psychotic and neither her nor the other workers showed any regard for my safety or that of all the bystanders. They were so angry to be proven wrong. The sickest thing about this shocking fiasco was that they knew they were wrong but showed no remorse and made no attempt to acknowledge it, make amends, or simply apologize. ON A HOLIDAY no less! I even showed them the hundreds of dollars I had in my wallet and asked what in the world they thought I wanted so badly that I couldn't pay for? Obviously, they thought I had no money. I worked retail for years and these people are clearly not trained in loss prevention and are breaking every rule in the book harassing customers and turning away good business. This same thing happened not long ago when a worker named Brittany accused me of stealing my own hat that I had taken off when I entered the store on a hot day. It was an Under Armor brand, which they don't even sell there. In her twisted mind she had mistaken my used hat for a brand-new pair of unopened Walgreens socks that no one would want, let alone steal. I was nowhere near a clothing rack and had no idea they sold socks if they even do. If they were looking at the cameras instead of judging everyone based on their personal biases rather than real facts, they would have known that I was nowhere near the clothing section. Brittany ordered a male worker named Deondre to confront me with her by blocking my exit, holding me against my will, and demanding to search me as I left the store. I showed the contents of my handbag where she believed the socks were. When Brittany realized it was just a used hat, she stomped off muttering obscenities under her breath. It was literally like she just wanted me to be guilty of something I wasn't. For what purpose? Then, in the parking lot, the worker Deondre came outside and apologized profusely. He said he only searched me because Britany ordered him to. He said she thinks everyone is stealing and accuses customers on a regular basis. He said she was going to be fired for it. Brittany was fired but the hostile organizational culture persists. This raises the question, why aren't they watching the cameras so they are not making baseless false accusations? Why aren't they trained in loss prevention and conducting themselves appropriately and professionally? Why are they obsessed with stealing and not quality customer service? And why are they harassing verifiably loyal and longtime customers for no reason and creating a huge liability for themselves and Walgreens? Do they dislike their job and hate people that much? Are they discriminating? Indeed. The most hurtful fact about this traumatic incident is that I have been shopping in this store for decades since my kids were little and spend hundreds of dollars at a time there but was treated like an animal not a valued customer. I am appalled and sickened, my holiday is ruined by this defamatory humiliating degrading experience! They are so obsessed they must be the ones stealing and have a guilty conscio
