I don’t know what happened at this location but they are so much slower now processing deposits thru drive thru. It’s to the point I’m considering switching banks despite being with them over30 years.

I went to this location to cash in my check issued to PNC bank even though I'm not a PNC customer. However, the teller to my check and said he need to verify the check first and I said ok because I went same exact procedure in prior day, after waiting appoxmetly 10min he said he couldn't cash the check and insist to deposit to my own bank. I know I can deposit in my own bank before I came in to PNC, I needed explanation as why I can't cash the check the is written for PNC, I ask for The GM and this young black lady named Brittny if not mistaken came with a very rude and unprofessional attitude to argue with me instead of explaining as why I can't cash it like I just did it the day before she said it's a new policy that came today and suggested to deposit in my own bank. She the worst GM I have ever seen in helping customer at the bank level, I suggest some one need to address this issues before it come of hand. For her surprise I cash my check in a different PNC location in laurel with no problem. This is shame and ridiculous of her at her level.

Convenient location and pleasant staff! I stopped in a few times now when I'm going to sams or wal mart! They have a Popeyes next door so as long as you don't get tempted by the chicken I would say stop at this bank!

So... I apparently can withdraw money with my new married name but the minute I try to deposit a check in my account I'm not allowed? Makes sense. That was the first time I went to a bank and got treated almost as bad as a criminal. Not to mention when asking this man teller a month earlier if I should change my name in the system he said I shouldn't do it and that I won't have a problem.

I am not a fan of PNC Bank. I used to be. I spent more than an hour and a half on hold on the customer service line. Really? If any business does this to you, pull the plug. The business is not serious about customer service. I missed a very important dinner because of the intolerable staff handling online banking. After being on hold for the first 45 minutes, and going through many layers and prompts advising that I needed to speak to someone about a lost payment, I get connected to the loan sales department. Really. Another 45 minutes later I get an arrogant rep on the phone who cannot explain why an online payment that should have posted on Feb. 27 reads posted, but really has not posted. The one problem about PNC is that their technology is usually one to two days lagging. They have no problem with this issue. A disgrace. They make the customer feel like they are the problem and how dare the customer point out their problems.

Well ya know it's a bank holds your money and you take it out. What I like about this bank for the location is that the ATM machine is located inside a locked lobby that you need a debit card to access. It's like VIP banking. The staff inside are very friendly and helpful as well.
