  I absolutely love this nail salon! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and relaxing every single time I come in. I highly recommend booking with DAYANA for manicures I go to her every time, has been my nail tech for years!!! For pedicures I had SOFIA and DESI (🌼) who insured I had the best experience. They’re all incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and make sure you leave happy with your nails. Whether it’s a simple manicure, a full set, or nail art, they always deliver flawless results. Five stars all the way!

  I did gel-x nail on Sunday June 22th 2025 at $60. Pn Monday June 23th my right pinky nail fell off. On Tuesday the 24th the left pinky and fourth finger nail fell off. On Wednesday the 25th both thumbs nails fell out and the middle finger of the right hand. This is unbelievable 😳 even tje press on staylongue than this. $60 for a service and the next day it is already bad.

  My nails tech was Alisa (not sure how to spell it but it's pronounced ah-leesa)
  I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They took me right away and I got a papaya, gel pedicure and a regular gel manicure. The whole experience took about an hour. The massage portion was thorough but not as good as I wanted it to be. Her conversation was good and casual. Nothing about this really made me want to come back per se. The whole experience was average. It seems like a nice place to go impromptu but I cannot see me coming back here on purpose. Although nothing bad happened I would not recommend this for THE nail spot. I have been to really good salons and really bad ones and this one is in the middle. They didn't have the color that I wanted, but I did find another color that was pretty similar. I spent $100. They did have multiple ways of paying in case you didnt have a card or wasn't able to use a card.
  
  Overall, the atmosphere was nice and the customer service was good. Now I have to see how long my polish lasts.

  The shop is not what anyone want for quality service. I went there as a pop in visit. The technician cut my cuticles on my toes too short where blood came out not a little but a lot. I paid earlier because I needed to leave for 20 minutes then came back. The manager finished my pedicure it no one offered me any compansation

  Please stop patronizing this place. The quality of their work is subpar. In addition, they’re unprofessional and inconsiderate when it comes to your time. I’ve tried to give a few chances because it’s close by but they continue to treat customers the same. They don’t care because we continue to go there. If there’s no expectation for them to do better then they won’t. Hannah and Stephen will not receive another penny of my money!

  I went on Friday while i was already in the mall for a gel fill. They sat me immediately but i was there for over 2 hours. Before she started the polish, I had to point out that 4 fingers on my left hand did not look filled. I showed her a very simple design with flowers that I wanted but she struggled with it. To the point that I kept saying, forget the design…just do something with those colors. She kept saying no I can do it; surprise, the flowers I left with my kids could’ve drawn for a lot less money and time. I called this morning and asked to speak with a manager or owner…they said no you have to call back tomorrow. Mind you, my right hand is sore and some fingers on my left are numb or tingling.
  
  Also while I was there, another nail tech was having pretty unprofessional conversations out loud. First she started talking about the men she dated. She says “they tell me I should date black men but all the ones I meet are ghetto”. She was a Latino woman sitting beside me (a black woman). She turned to look at me as she said it. Later she kept referring to different shades of white as “cum white”.
  
  I should have known I wasn’t in the best place or hands when another customer walks in. Her nail tech asked “who did this to your nails” and she points to my tech. At this point I’m 2 hours in and trapped.
  
  It wasn’t until i got outside in the sunlight where I could see how bad things really were but didn’t have time to go back in since I had 2 kids to pickup from 2 different locations not near there.

  While the staff seem friendly, the service is not even mediocre. I went in for a basic manicure and to also have gel removed. Technician did a terrible job buffing out gel, cutting nails, and did not file nails after cutting them. Needless to say that was my first and last time coming to this place.

  I only go for Cynthia!!! On 7/19/24 I was with a friend who really wanted her nails done. Cynthia wasn’t there so I reluctantly let someone service me. During my pedicure the tech kept cutting me. The manicure was better so I said nothing and paid a tip. Saturday I noticed my middle finger was sore, as if I had a hang nail. Sunday it was worse. Monday the tip was swollen. By Monday night my finger was throbbing and was burning up. I just left patient first diagnosed with Paronychia. Never again!!!

  They don’t seem to appreciate their “regular” customers who patronize them regularly….You are not served if you come in as a walk in, for a repair, etc. rather you are told you have to make an appointment, they are in a public mall and they will take in walk in customers…..They make your money, they care less about you as a repeat customer…..
