Great customer service and quick turnaround. I tried most of the cleaners in the area and they are the best. I've been going to them for over 7 years now and my suits always look their best when I pick them up from Eagle Cleaners.

I was a former customer of Pure Dry Cleaners for about 10 years and was deeply saddened that the business is no longer in operation. If you're looking for an alternative dry cleaners within 5 minutes in the Waldorf area, I would recommend this place. Very friendly customer service! Reminds me of the service at Pure Dry Cleaners. ;(

I just entered this cleaners that Ive done business with for over 15 years and since I've been out of town for a year and come in to drop off clothes and the young lady at the counter had THE nastiest attitude I've ever encountered at this place, I clearly interrupted her lunch. My apologies, continue your lunch and I'll go elsewhere with my business from here on. Smdh

The worst dry cleaning service of all time! I gave them a second chance and they still did a horrible job and packed 14 of my items in 2 bags so when I got home all of mY dress shirts were wrinkled. Oh I forgot to mention I asked for 4 shirts per bag. But the thing that really tick me off was that buttons were broken on at least 5 shirts. When I pointed this out the young lady at the register acted like I was inconveniencing her. The worst cleaners! Terrible! Do not go there! You will be better off cleaning your clothes at the nu wave car wash around the corner!

Horrible service, I dropped off a uniform with a stain. They didn’t even try and clean it and were indifferent about it. I’ve lost buttons off of shirts and have received enough poor service I won’t go back.

Stay away!! Ruined a pair of my husband's pants that were part of an expensive suit. No compensation. They also lost 2 shirts for which we did get compensated. A second pair of suit pants came home with a stain on them that was clearly made by a machine. It took them 5 weeks to get the stain out. Will not go back. Ever.

Typically, I don’t take the time to write positive or negative reviews; however, after my wife’s experience today I am going to make the exception due to the horrible experience and unprofessionalism of the Eagle Cleaners located at 187 St Patricks Dr, Waldorf, MD. My wife has been utilizing their service for the past couple of years to have my business attire dry cleaned. Over the last six months I have noticed a dramatic decrease in quality of their dry cleaning service and I have experienced the following issues: tears in my dress shirts, shirts that had been dry cleaned but had not been washed first thus setting in stains, and rust/black marks ending up on my white shirts. After I requested that my wife inspect the dry cleaning the next time she picked up my cloths to point out the issues, Eagle Cleaners were unprofessional, could not understand why she was complaining, and made it clear that they really didn’t care about their customers concerns. It appears to me the only way to have them resolve these issues with their quality is to make them care about their customer concerns. Therefore, my only recourse is to stop doing business with them and encourage other to not procure their services.
