Visited this store because I wanted to see a sectional couch that I was considering buying online. I wanted to feel it and sit on it before I purchased it if that was possible. I went into this store and was disappointed in the way it looked. It was not organized and didn’t have a lot of furniture in the store. Looked junky and not kept up. I was in the store for approximately 10-15minutes walking around looking for the couch. I never saw not one associate/worker while there. NOT ONE! I have no idea where anyone was nor did I hear anyone. I could not locate the sectional I saw online. I possibly saw another couch I would consider but there was no one for me to ask questions about it. I was very disappointed.

I was at the store and I put a bag of pretzels and the woman that he will scan it because after I left the store, I noticed that she didn't even pretzels, and a woman didn't even scan it because after I left the store, I noticed that she didn't even pay for the scan the bag of pretzels

I can say to the world to celebrate this great testimony with me, i never believe i can ever get my ex lover back one day. My story and thanksgiving goes to @driraborspell5 When my lover left me i never thought that i will be able to get back after all he has put me through, But i am so happy that after the interference of @driraborspell5 i was able to get my lover back after 24 hours and i am proud to have say that who ever neede help in getting back his/her lover should contact @driraborspell5 on his ethis is why i also want to let everyone who is in need of help out there to also seek help from him so he can heln vou also Facebook page

Rude employees act like they're doing you a favor checking you busy talking to the other checkout employees in the backstage section not one employee spoke to me ask me if i needed anything not a fun atmosphere to shop in

Over the years I would visit the store and bought many sofas from Macy's . I was always extremely pleased with the quality. Fast forward to present day though I'm very disappointed and unimpressed with Macy's furniture. I visited 4 different store locations from Tysons Corner VA to this waldorf location dedicated to furniture only. Macy's should change their name to Bob's Discount Furniture because all the locations had items that look so cheap and lack any real elegance or quality. They should just stop selling furniture or get a new buyer for their furniture division.

I went into the Macy's home store at st Charles mall for Christmas shopping. I was looking for an air purifier. There were about 20 in different sizes and prices right by the check out counter. The price sign was very confusing. So I went to the counter( no customers in line) just the sales associate (the big African American guy with an Afro) at the counter organizing or cleaning the counter. Not doing anything hard. I asked him can do a price check on one of the purifier. He didn't say a word he just rolled his eyes and made a huffing sound as if I was bothering him by getting a price check. I then said never mind I don't want your help. You have very poor customer service and an attitude for me to just a quick price check. I asked the nice gentleman associate to help me instead. And ring me up. I told the other guy he didn't need to be in customer service if he didn't want to help. I won't go the ever again because of his lack of professionalism. I was so upset that this type of person would be working at this store. I was going to report it to the top managers but I don't have that kind of time to waste on ignorance. It's pretty sad.

Rhonda was extremely helpful, she went beyond in helping me find the right item . It was hard to find someone to check me out, but that is because they cut back their staff

If zero stars were possible, I would leave zero. I purchased a mattress on 8/1 with delivery scheduled on 8/29. On 8/27 and 8/28, I received automated calls indicating delivery was confirmed for 8/29 between 3:30 and 5:30 pm --no further action required on my part. On 8/29, no delivery. I waited until 6 pm to call. It took over an hour to reach a human being in customer service--- sorry, delivery was cancelled. No one bothered to notify me. Additionally, if I still wanted the mattress, it would take another month. No, thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere.
