This is the second time I am using McKendree's services, and I definitely recommend them. The team was very professional and careful with my move. Both times, I had a 3-floor house moved in two days (1 for packing, another to move and setting up furniture), with things carefully wrapped and nothing was broken.

I would highly recommend using McKendree Moving & Storage for any of your residential of commercial needs. I was in the process of moving my grandfather into an assisted living home and had to find a moving company in a pinch. McKendree Moving stepped up quickly, with aggressive pricing and made our move a breeze. Professional, quick, and courteous!

Wow I can't say enough about this company!! They were professional and very accommodating from the beginning. We weren't able to give much notice but they were able to move some things around and squeeze us in on a day they were booked for. We were told they would shoot for between 2 and 3 pm. The day before our move, we were exhausted and not prepared. We called McKendree and asked if they could add another guy, because we were not even close to being prepared enough for the movers to come. The owner was so kind and said he could send his nephew (who was working for money for college during the summer) to our house in the morning to help gets us packed. His nephew showed up at 8 am. He definitely had his work cut out for him. What a respectful kind and efficient worker! The movers showed up at 2:15 as promised and worked until almost 11pm. We had some difficult stairs and angles to get around and they maneuvered our furniture delicately with ease. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they were hard workers. They all went above and beyond for us. We can't say enough about them. You can't go wrong with this company! Thank you to all of Mckendree Moving. We are so happy in our new home.KJ and DJ

Heaven forbid if you have an emergency like your vehicle breaks down; they don’t care—they will ensure to get the minimum fee.So, attempt to predict future mishaps. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

My experience with this company was horrible. Promised to delivered furniture on one day, then lied and said we never had a discussion of the date promised. Furniture was broken and damaged. Not enough movers when my furniture was delivered and it was delivered damaged. I would never recommend this moving company to any. Paid top dollar, but received poor service. They don’t take any care of handling your furniture. See pictures…

Run for this company.I hired McKendree moving services to move us out our home, store our items for 30 days and move us in our new house once it was ready. I can honestly admit the move out was smooth. I was truly impressed. However, the move in was a complete disaster. I had so many glasses and dishes broken. Also, our 2 big televisions were damaged. Just notice yesterday my daughter tv is damaged as well, the color keeps going in and out. Nonetheless, my husband had 3 pair of tennis shoes stolen and many other items broken including my daughters dresser drawer.This company has cost me so much money. Did I mention, I never received an apology? Also, only received reimbursement for the new televisions and nothing else.I do not recommend this company. I was treated horribly and unfairly.Run!

We had a pretty quick turnaround on our move from MD to SC. Many movers had no availability. McKendree was available and did a great job. They showed up on time and did an excellent job of packing, storing a d delivering our items. The movers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

I've been researching moving companies in the Southern MD area for an upcoming move. I came across this company and their website. I decided to give a call to ask a few basic questions. The woman that answered seemed bothered that I called, interrupted me and didn't offer to take any information from me. After the call, I did a review search, and low and behold they aren't as "professional" as their website claims. I'd rather be annoyed by her rude demeanor now, than to be out of thousands of dollars later. Instincts never lie!
