I’ve found my favorite winter jackets at this store as well as home decor not usually found in department stores. Bonus - they always have furry friends to pet!

Always a great experience with both unique finds and everyday shopping needs for pets, family clothing and furniture to mention a few. This great store profits go to help area pet wellness and adoptions.❤️❤️??

Although they have a nice selection, the racks and shelves are so jammed pack and tight that it makes the whole shopping trip there very uncomfortable. It has become severely cluttered. The clothing racks are too full and too tight, can't slide the clothing to see what you're buying. They need to start having dollar days or sidewalk sales to downsize quite a bit. The prices have steadily climbed as well. Hopefully, someone starts to listen to what the shoppers are saying.I overheard several different different people saying the same thing while we were at Smile . Too much, too overwhelming! PLEASE DECLUTTER!

November 2022 by Samone - - No Longer Qualified
I really wanted to like this place because of it's "mission" but this thrift store has tons of OVERPRICED used clothing and household items. Only on 1 or 2 occasions have I seen a deal. The "NEW" items are often HIGHER than if you were to purchase at a retail store. And don't get me started on how this whole place is giving off a stuffie old abandoned basement vibe; with everything crammed in a dusty, disorganized and poorly ventilated "store". LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... the staff aren't very customer oriented, that is not until you're ready to pay, then of course the smiles with a high-pitched fake greeting comes out. There are a few better quality thrift stores in the area..... Try SMILE in Lusby or VINTAGE VALUES in Lexington Park.... Because this dusty dump is were things go to die.

This is an excellent thrift store. I always find great stuff here! And everything you buy goes to support animals in need. What could be better?

The spot is a cute little shop with lots of different clothes, trinkets, and books. The employee have always been very nice to me, and I have purchased things there multiple times. Although it would be nice if there were more electronics, it's is a cute little shop, and a nice place to go if you have spare time.

Great thrift store! I donate ALOT of stuff to them. Just FYI they only take donations on Wednesdays and Saturdays until 3pm. I love that the proceeds go to helping animals. I was able to get my cat fixed for FREE because of them! Great service and a great selection of stuff! I guarantee you won't be able to walk through there and NOT want to buy SOMETHING! Great prices too!

A lot of great items. Very crammed everywhere you go and most items are over priced.

The employees on the weekends are great. They are fun to talk to and knowledgeable. However, today was not the case. The older woman working her shift was very rude and condescending. The older man working out back was the same. Apparently, they do not like cars exiting the same way they entered the parking lot. The older man had "words" with my husband. Neither of us knew there was another way to exit. My husband has a lot of patience with people, but when they are overly rude he thanks them and leaves never to go back. We rescue animals and wanted to spend our money at Spot to help them rescue animals too.

I went to grab a pair of rain boots. I arrived at 4:53 pm. They close at 5. I am pretty darn quick in stores and I went specifically for one item. I even left work early to make it before they closed. Well the one female worker, the heavier set of them, said they were closed. Open sign was turned on, I even took a picture of the sign on the door to confirm that their hours were in fact until 5 p.m.. She informed me that it was dark so they had to close right away. I advised her that I would never be back to give them a penny of my money regardless of what they donate it to. I have donated so many items to that store. Never again. She had such a nasty attitude. I love giving local, but this has completely soured me.

Great thrift store, tons of clothing and household items, furniture shop has some amazing finds. Higher than usual thrift price, extra $$ goes to spray , neuter and adopt out animals who need a home. Totally worth it. Expect to see kitties at your feet.
