Answering personal cell phones while serving customers, talking to coworkers and laughing loudly while not making eye contact and ignoring customers. Running through a script about a customer loyalty card while looking at your phone and anywhere except to the customer will never get any new signs up. The lack of any type of customer service or positive attitude or even acknowledging there is a human being standing in front of you wishing you good morning and trying to be polite - this will ensure the opposite happens.
I will never return to this location or any Highs again, unless it’s an emergency.
The people that come in and spend money are the ones the focus should be on. I saw this location is hiring. I hope there is a new focus put on the customer rather than hanging out with coworkers and personal phones and calls.

Passing thru visiting my mom. Bathroom was so gross. Pee on the floor and seats. Poop smears in toilet.Against my better judgement decided to get some wedges. They were cold on the inside and mushy at the same time. Idk what I expected from a gas station.

It’s horrible to see workers try to go behind their job description and, instead of just asking for someone’s ID, fat-shaming someone just because they don’t look like they did 15 years ago. The opposite of politeness and customer service. But also, you’re not the DEA. Just scan the ID and take care of the other 18 people waiting in line.

6/12 update: I appreciate the offer to reach out to your public relations email, but I don’t think it is necessary. simply visit the store. Not boycotting your store or anything. Your crew is always great, I just won’t buy certain things here…Visited today 75° overcast day and the store is very hot. Bought a METRx protein bar, which was very gooey and just about stuck to the wrapper I would not buy chocolate because I know it is suffering.I has been pretty hot in the store for a few days. Snickers and Reeses, donuts and tasty cakes are suffering because they’re getting ruined by the wrapper or they’re covered in their boxes.It’s not the end of the world. But this happened a few days years and it was fixed. please save the chocolate!?

Love this place they have everything, from gas to breakfast to lunchtime and to the dinner menu with fried chicken to ? and hot coffee to go all times if night, they have a market like atmosphere at local gas station that have a little of everything that you are looking for on the go!!??
