The trattoria offers great, fresh food like the Italian hoagie and a wonderful wine selection. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, personable, and attentive. The experience is a must-try real treat, with fair pricing and a lively atmosphere in a historic building.
Great prices and awesome D.O.C. Selections from Italy. I always stop here when I’m in St. Michaels. They’ll even hold your wine for you until you’re ready to leave the town. That wa super helpful so we could keep strolling the Main Street for a while longer.

We stopped in Simpatico randomly while visiting St. Michaels. They have an excellent selection of Italian wines, sorted by region. The staff was friendly and helpful. I purchased a few of their recommendations and have been very satisfied with each. We will definitely be back!

Great shop with surprising selection of everything Italian food and drinks. Definitely qualifies as an Italian market in the groceries category. A must visit.
