I had an appointment but no one was in the office at the time I was scheduled. I waited 15 minutes. Called the office number and knocked on shop door several times (could hear people on the other side) Finally someone came and asked if they could help me. I said, yes, I had an appointment. He looked disgusted and shook his head and without saying another word, went back in shop and closed the door. I stood there for a while and finally decided to just leave. Absolutely NO customer service or courtesy!

They dont pay attention at all to the info they put in the system. They got the name and VIN number wrong and when I called them to update the system because I cant tag the car they hanged up on me and all the other calls went to voicemail.
If you have other choice, just skip this place.

These guys are nothing but a bunch of dirty Mexican scammers had my car inspected and gave me a list of things wrong with it got those things fixed and came back and gave me a whole new list of things wrong and want to charge me for those repairs to when asked why didn’t you put this on the first list they responded we didn’t notice them the first time.
These people are scammers DO NOT go here

I took my Van, (failure) I had to change the driver's belt, an engine mount, the vipes, and 2 bail joints, and one more thing I don't remember what it was. When I got home I told my partner who knows a little about mechanics to do me the favor of marking the parts that he said I had to change because I had decided that they would do the repair and alignment right there in the inspection workshop. On the third or fourth day they let me know that it was ready, we went to get the Van and when driving back it seemed that a ? as soon as I let go of the steering wheel it went to the side, when we got home we checked the parts that they said they changed and they were all there. They changed none of the ones they were supposed to say were useless, and they put in 3 different pieces that were not listed on the inspection sheet. Mechanics may be good at their job, but if the authorized person does not inspect and purchase the parts they should be. Well, they are definitely a fraud.

If I could I would give minus 5. I went there several months ago. And today I took my car there after fixing all the problems they told me. You know what they said? They said my car has more issues now because it sat there for months. Excuse me? You just want more money right? U should do your job at first time!!! REALLY BAD INSPECTION LOCATIONS!!!

If you like your vehicle and or not getting hustled DONT go here. Don't something on my vehicle and tried to say it came in like that and said something was wrong on my truck that wasn't I know because I took it somewhere else for another opinion.

Went here for an inspection and they were super picky. Offered to do the repairs required but I opted to deal with the repair shop that I always use. When that shop called A & C, they were very resistant to communicating with my repair shop on the exact repairs required. My shop completed the repairs. I took the vehicle back to A&C and they still failed it saying that the repairs were not completed correctly. One of the failed items was for a battery hold down that was actually installed correctly before the inspection. My repair shop had to mark it with spray paint so that A &C wouldnt miss it. My repair shop even said that the repairs were actually NOT necessary but I had them completed anyway. I then opted to use another inspection place. The next repair shop failed it but it was because A & C missed bad windshield wipers and for the rear lights not being correct, something that A&C missed. Those should not been missed by a competent inspector. Do not go here unless you want a picky inspector who wants to run your bill up with unnecessary repairs while missing basic safety concerns.

Went to get an inspection at 12pm victor jeong claim the car won’t be done until 2 and he wanted me to leave it there but i decided to wait on it. He drives the car around the block and comes back and claim my windows are to dark when they are only 35% tint can see right through my car, so he failed me this place is a rip off don’t go here
