When I came into the pharmacy there was a line up people. They attended each person respectfully and in a timely manner. I didn’t have my insurance card with me but they didn’t refuse to take care of my request. They advocated for me by calling my insurance company again and again until they could approve my health concern. This is what quality is! Appreciate the pharmacist and the front person for being so kind and understanding with my request

Highly recommend Dr. Snyders Office. Been going to him for years. I will not go to anyone else. He’s kind and knowledgeable and has a touch of old school in him, which I absolutely love. His staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. These ladies are an absolute asset to his office.

4 out of 5 times I have picked a number at the deli, and waited and waited and waited. I realize it takes multiple people to keep the operation running but there needs to be designated staff to wait on customers. Each time I've been, I see 4-6 employees in the back, but 0-1 helping customers. I am patient, but 15 minutes is simply too long to wait when there is only one other customer in line.No feta for under $6.99. Food Lion always has their brand for $2.99, and last week it was free (6 oz.) when a Nature's Promise Organic mixed greens (2.99) was purchased. Another Pricing note: 12 roses were $10.99, but bc of Vday week they more than doubled overnight, $24.99. Feels like gouging. I passed on both the fried chicken and the roses. Left the store empty handed.I want to like Acme bc the employees are so nice and the GM is fantastic but I just can't get around the exorbitant pricing.P.S.The fried chicken is THE BEST in town. Better than Royal Farms....but they don't put it out til 11:00 (what about people who want to buy it early on the way to work to have later for lunch)? Seems like they are losing a whole market there. I rarely ever buy it bc 1. Its never ready when I am in the store or 2. The wait is too long at the deli.Suggestion: There should be a separate cold deli and hot deli attendant(s) at any given time. Ridiculous that 1 employee is tasked with both ends

Very rude young lady at the front desk, on multiple occasions. Pharmacist is not much better. Announced what my prescription was and personal information. Do NOT recommend.

Being new to Salisbury, I found there are few grocery options. I was mainly going to Food Lion but decided to try Acme. Besides it being outdated/run down, I found that they had a better selection of fresh produce, organics, and higher end products over Food Lion. I agree they are higher priced than Food Lion or Walmart but I was impressed with their selection and higher end produce, baked goods, and products. I will be back.
