Good customer service still exists. We had a young lady the first time we went to the Salisbury ATT store to upgrade our phones. She advised that the store were out of stock of the phones we wanted. We left to see if another store had the phones in stock. When we couldn't find a store with the phones in stock we returned to the store. We saw the young lady but she seemed as though she didn't want to assist us even though she was just sitting there on a tablet. We are older people that aren't familiar with the new technologies and phones. The gentleman that helped us was very patient, he answered all of our questions and helped us resolve our issues. He also ordered the phones for us. I appreciate his guidance.

I just came to them yesterday and they switched my previous company to AT&T good service.

Amiah was so knowledgeable and was able to get me exactly what I needed. I came in with a broken phone and I wanted the pink iPhone and she was able to get that for me:-) I love dealing with her when I come to your store!

I left T-Mobile on 06/07/2024 with 4 lines, 2 Internet boxes and a watch. I left T-Mobile for issues relating to customer service. I can understand one or two issues, but when you miss up the billing, because some one enter the replacement phones incorrectly, send your purchase to the wrong address and these issues happens over a period on a year it is time to move on. I assumed I would not have the same issues moving to ATT but I was wrong. My mom's phone is the only one of 4 lines without service. She have been 2 2 different ATT stores where both the reps were absolutely without providing at least good customer service. I sent my mom to the ATT store on 105 W Ruark where she was being assistant by a rep the introduced himself as the Assistant Manager Jose. I asked for a sim card for my moms phone, should have been simple. I would admit I was a little frustrated as I had the right to be due to multiple issues with ATT Reps giving inaccurate information, and the process to have the cell just to have service when it's already activated on ATT network with Assistant Manager Jose turned into a argument so I told him I no longer want to talk to him and he had the nerve while on my moms prepaid phone to tell me it is not over. I had to tell him multiple times to put my mom back on the phone. I would assume his poor behavior stem from him being a manager ands he assumed I did not know how services and porting numbers work. I work in the customer service field and would not ever argue with a customer. Exemplary customer for me is just as important than cell service. I literally had to start recording the call and informed Rep Jose of this and his reply was I know. He is a manager and this is the example he show to his workers. My whole weekend and a few week days has been on the phone with multiple reps trying to get my elderly mom service, she had to come out her pocket to by a Walmart phone just to have phone service. Unacceptable customer service. Jose even went on to tell me when I had stated that the supervisor at ATT call center told me to have my mom come into a store to pick up a sim card, and that my son went to one and had no issues, that all I had to do was send a copy of my id, and he told me that those people could be fired. The whole interactions was just ridiculous. As a sales rep providing customer service Jose failed miserably and stated why am I frustrated with him when he wanted to be right about things I already knew. All he had to do was give my mom the sim card.

Had very little inventory for prepaid phones. Go to Walmart if you have AT&T prepaid.

** UPDATE: I give great thanks for the manager for reaching out regarding this experience **I thought I was gonna get a great experience, considering I was greeted from the moment I walked in. First, Tony, my sales rep, lied to me about the amount I’d receive from the trade in. He told me I’d get $300 off and I only received $120. Opted in to try the god awful direct tv streaming service. When I requested my receipt, he had already tossed it in the garbage and told me he emailed it to me. I checked my email and there was no receipt. Soon as I got home, I called and cancelled the overly priced service before they charged my card. I will be returning the device back to the store today before att charges me. To add insult to injury, my sales rep, Tony disclosed a past incident about him having to get a procedure done on his private area. When I say I was appalled, I was appalled! I felt super uncomfortable. Not to add I had my two sons with me!! Tony needs a course on customer service.

This place needs new competent staff. They lie to you and make promises without explaining anything. The manager Corey and employee Anthony lied to us about our bill and signed us up for DirectTv without telling us there was a 14 day trial period and after that you’re roped in for a 2 year contract. Your apologize for “miscommunication” is just an insult because you knew exactly what you were doing to us.

This place is terrible they will lie right to your face to get a deal done they will sign you up for stuff you didn’t ask for and tell you later that your out of the 14 day return policy definitely would not recommend anybody going to that store

Salisbury ATT store makes you feel like you're at a large used car lot. Sales could have cared less about my wants & needs, just wanted to sell. Had to be commission based sales. Run to T-mobile next door. Save money and staff not as slimy
