** UPDATE: I give great thanks for the manager for reaching out regarding this experience **I thought I was gonna get a great experience, considering I was greeted from the moment I walked in. First, Tony, my sales rep, lied to me about the amount I’d receive from the trade in. He told me I’d get $300 off and I only received $120. Opted in to try the god awful direct tv streaming service. When I requested my receipt, he had already tossed it in the garbage and told me he emailed it to me. I checked my email and there was no receipt. Soon as I got home, I called and cancelled the overly priced service before they charged my card. I will be returning the device back to the store today before att charges me. To add insult to injury, my sales rep, Tony disclosed a past incident about him having to get a procedure done on his private area. When I say I was appalled, I was appalled! I felt super uncomfortable. Not to add I had my two sons with me!! Tony needs a course on customer service.

This place needs new competent staff. They lie to you and make promises without explaining anything. The manager Corey and employee Anthony lied to us about our bill and signed us up for DirectTv without telling us there was a 14 day trial period and after that you’re roped in for a 2 year contract. Your apologize for “miscommunication” is just an insult because you knew exactly what you were doing to us.

This place is terrible they will lie right to your face to get a deal done they will sign you up for stuff you didn’t ask for and tell you later that your out of the 14 day return policy definitely would not recommend anybody going to that store

Salisbury ATT store makes you feel like you're at a large used car lot. Sales could have cared less about my wants & needs, just wanted to sell. Had to be commission based sales. Run to T-mobile next door. Save money and staff not as slimy

My Gf and I were the only customers in the store : when no one wanted to help us activate a prepaid card: absolutely no help: there was 7 ATT employees sitting : without caring to offer help : Sean was very rude and didn’t care to help : ???? very disappointed: now I see why everyone switches

God awful, all they did was degrade and overexplain to us like we dont know anything and then proceeded to delete apps, and very personal voice mails from my father who passed away.Nonstop treated me like I had no idea what a phone was, when I repair phones and computers for part time.Nonstop would try to make you feel dumb for things she believed she knew better than you, and then acted suprised when it worked the way I mentioned it. She took my phone and started deleting stuff even after I asked her to fully confirm with me firstShe deleted my personal stuff, and apps claiming I never needed them, but needed to look up how to use the phone, also deleted everything except random wallpaper appsAt&t no matter where you go is incompetentAnytime you try talking they would over talk you so they wouldnt listen what you say.Theres a reason why so many people leave this """provider"""I hope the absolute worst for her, everyone looked like they hated her there

The staff are rude and cannot help with anything other than basic troubleshooting. But then you're taking time from selling, which is the way they make their money so don't expect them spending 1 minute more than they absolutely need to. The phone we got ($1200) broke at 15 months, so you lose whatever hasn't been paid off since nobody knows how to help you. STAY AWAY FOLKS! IT'S A RIPOFF and not a one of them cares about a thing. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. If that is legal, it's certainly not ethical to sell a product and not stand behind it.

Best trio ever to an Att store in 20 years. Sean helped me with exactly what I needed right away. I had to spend o er 3 hours on phone with support that had no idea what the issue was and the. Another 3 hours testing myself figuring out the issue. As soon as I walked In Sean knew what I was asking about and had the fix which i tested and worked perfectly Thanks so much

Great staff very friendly, but at&t in this area is absolutely horrible, we have a family plan. The contract has ended I just paid the last phone and porting to another company, the monthly prices here are insane when we can't even make calls there's basically NO service anywhere
