Brandy H is a 5 star employee! I came here after being treated very rudely at advance and was feeling pretty annoyed when I walked in and was greeted with her warm smile and very bubbly “how can I help you?” The entire time she was helping me she was smiling and just being polite and awesome. (I’m a restaurant manager and notice excellent service when I see it) and this is it! Side note A+ for being a female bada$$

I had a bad experience and I went in to talk to the staff about it. I was met by a gentleman named Steve. He took time to listen to what happened and explained what when wrong. He told me that if I brought the car back he would personally see that everything was taken care of correctly.I came back that night and Steve was true to his word. He spent longer than usual going over our vehicle to make sure everything was done correctly and we were happy. He had a sense of humor along with his expertise and explained what our options were and got everything fixed.Also I had dropped and lost one of the J-bolts that held the battery into place (completely my fault) on the car. The factory J-bolts that I bought from Duralast didn't fit correctly. After Steve had taken care of our issue he and another worker, Grant, were able to cut and bend the J-bolt I had bought to fit our car and replace the bolt I lost.Both Steve and Grant went far out of their way to make sure that I had a positive customer experience and did more than expected when I came into their store. I have many years of working in retail and it is rare to find folks go that far out of their way to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Something isn't right at this AutoZone. Poorly managed and staff do not know what they are doing or talking about when selling auto parts/accessories - the entire premise of the store! I bought some lightbulb for $23, it turned out to be the wrong one, and had it swapped for the correct one. It didn't work- I went back last night and was told I was given a $100 bulb instead of the $23. I went back again today and the whole story changed on their end. No money back, no apology on the kid's end who potentially fixed a light that had not gone out, nothing. I'm not entirely sure what went wrong in this situation, but I can say for sure that this business is entirely mismanaged, not on the same page, and does not take responsibility for their actions. I would avoid this place at all costs- you'll end up with more questions and trouble than you came in with.

I had an awesome experience purchasing a battery today. The manager was awesome! The information on the auto zone website was incorrect causing me to purchase the wrong sized battery. The manager made the exchange painless.

I was traveling from NC to Maryland and developed a problem with my power steering. I was loosing large amounts of fluid.Since I had limited tools I decided to stop by AZ to find a shorter serpentine belt so I could bypass the power steering pump.Autumn and L.T. were very helpful and patient while I tried numerous belts to accomplish the task.They loaned me a belt tool and together we found the right belt that got me to my destination.It’s nice to know there are still people out there who know what customer service means.I’m a retired mechanic with my own shop but seem to never have enough tools in the truck in a situation like this!Great Job Auto ZoneTHANK YOU

Tried to get a battery installation today and they said they couldn’t because it was “Against their policy to move parts out to get access to the battery” on a Lexus. Never coming to this unhelpful location again.
