Best Western Salisbury Plaza is an older property that has been clean and remodeled recently. The rooms are good, clean, and updated with huge TVs, though some guests noted they were below average with stained sheets or an occasional bug. The staff is consistently described as very kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating, even when swamped and understaffed. The hotel offers a very good complimentary breakfast with lots of options, good coffee, and plenty of restaurants in the area. There is an outdoor pool for kids. The hotel is considered secure. While some guests experienced delays at check-in or room issues, the staff worked to help accommodate them. For good seafood, a drive to Ocean City is recommended.
Everything was excelent, I'm very grateful in special with Kenneth for his assistance with my tire I did have an accident and he was very kind and help me with it, 10/10 thank you guys, great customer service by all the employees I been talking also, that is a must to me and they have it 🌟

Did not have cable in the room. I couldn't look at nothing but 4 channels. And I mentioned something about it. You got water standing outgoing gate. You cannot leave your room and go to the lobby. You have to go outside of the fence and come in through the front door the breakfast was cold. Could not eat it.

Woman at the front desk did not care what rates were listed on line and her rate was double. It seem that she did not want to be there, seemed annoyed.
