From the start of the drop off that was made was an issue to the estimate time need to fix the car being changed multiple times to the lack of communication and finally when I was supposed to get my vehicle still was not ready but they was able to get it down for the end of that day but had to take it back because a malfunction with the door so still waiting for a part.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They promised two weeks, it took 5. Communication was lacking and also story changed many times. Wayne was rude when I picked up my car and wanted to check it. They left my car dirty, even the new tailgate that they put on that I CLEARLY could not have gotten dirty. My tire was flat upon pick up, when it was not flat when i dropped it off, and they pretty much said it was my problem and sent me on my way. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! You have been warned.

Wayne and caliber collision fixed my truck after it was hit. The work that was done is high quality work! 10/10. Also kept communication the whole time along the way of hit getting fixed.
