If you don’t want all your stuff ruined with rodent urine and poop I would recommend not using this facility to keep your belongings in! My son and his roommates put their stuff in a unit for less than 2 months and upon arrival to move out all of their stuff was covered in mouse poop and urine and we had to throw out a good amount of their stuff. We
notified the maintenance people and they acknowledged they had a issues with mice infestation. No managers on site to come and take pictures or clean up and treat our unit. We were told unless they took pictures there is nothing they can do to file a claim. Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT use this company.

The customer service was amazing! Niki and her coworker were so helpful in the process and assisted with showing the facilities and answering any pertinent questions related towards the storage unit. They also showed great hospitality and I would highly recommend 10/10!

From the experience worth the customer service representative that assisted me with setting up the rental online to the representatives in door staff, everyone was courteous, respectful, professional and extremely accommodating.

Thoroughly impressed with this place. The employee Sharri went absolutely above and beyond in customer service giving me a 15 minute tour of the facility and showing me even small key details like how to put the lock in and where the public restrooms were. I feel all my stuff is safe and secure, and I have not stopped raving about my experience!
