We had our floors replaced due to a hot water tank leak and used them because they were recommended by the Contractor doing the repairs. The upstairs work was faulty due to the manufacturer and they acknowledged it; however, they kept promising they would schedule the repair/replacement but never kept their word. I would never recommend them…move along to someone else. They should be ashamed of the way they operate and I’m reminded of their poor service every time I walk across the deteriorating seams and won’t ever forget what they did!

They were EXTREMELY helpful. Answered all of my questions directly. No song and dance. They gave me a good reasonably priced estimate for carpeting a small room. I had gone to a big box store and could not find anyone who was particularly knowledgeable. I did get an estimate from them. It was $250.00 more for a similar product.

Be careful with this business!! We did not have a good experienceA little after they put our floors down. It seems as though the workmanship is not good.We I tried contacting them several times and chased them for about 2 years and they gave us the runaround and ignored our phone calls hoping we would go away. We were ignored until warranty was up! I will not go there ever again!!
