Could have saved over 100 dollars and got the vase and flowers and balloon myself. Flowers were wilting, and the vase is extremely large for the flowers so I'm assuming they ran out of flowers and couldn't fill the vase as it should have looked, especially for the price that was paid... flowers looked worse than Walmarts. I've had good experiences in the past but the delivery was extremely late, strawberries looked rushed and like I already stated.... the flowers which should have been the center piece was... unacceptable and just look sad to say the least. The wrong card was sent, and the note card didnt have anything written even though there was supposed to be. Called probably 15 times or more, without getting through to anyone, delivery said delivered yet was also stating it was still being prepared. Never had an experience like this anywhere. The order was placed over a week in advance so was expecting a little more, alot more, than what was received.

I order from this location often but I won't be ordering anymore. Their customer service is awful. They basically call their customers a lier.Vickie the manager didn't care that I was uphappy..I had sent an arrangement on Thursday and it is almost 11 AM Saturday abd it's still not there.All she said is what fo you want me to do?She said they called me yesterday but I received no calls she basically called me a lier.

I will share. The fruit was delicious, strawberries covered with chocolate with grapes in the center. Delivery man very professional.

Great experience start to end. Denny the delivery driver was very polite and patient with me trying to juggle the delivery and my 3 year old running around crazy. He had a smile on his face from the beginning to end which made me feel better with my son's chaos. The office staff was also very friendly and pleasant to speak with.

My fiancé got an arrangement as a gift to me for our anniversary and hoped to have it delivered before I went into work. We knew from previous experiences that if I wasn’t there to receive the delivery they would take it back to the store. My fiancé received a call on his way home that it was left on our door step, for anyone to help themselves to, in 80 degree weather, with the ants and gnats outside. I am incredibly shocked and disappointed. When I got home to look at my fruit it’s ruined. The grapes are all soft and have burst open, the chocolate melted, and the strawberries are all overripe and mushy. I highly doubt the heat that it sat in for HOURS did any of that. But how rude and inconsiderate?! Im calling tomorrow morning to speak to some management because this is outrageous. They know how expensive their fruit is and are showing no care towards products that other people have paid for. I’m disgusted if this isn’t fixed I doubt I’ll ever spend a dime there ever again, but that probably won’t change my mind anyway.

What is the point of having a online tool that says same day delivery is still available if you are not going to live up to it? And your reason is because you are cleaning up for the day even though you are open for another two hours. When asked why you did not change the status you say because it is not worth time. May not be worth your time but as a customer it is wort my time. #poorcustomerservice

Son in CO ordered one I received for my 60th on Saturday July 24,2021. I've received arrangements from other places I've lived in USA most are OK. This came from the Salisbury , MD store and delivered to Ocean City,MD. It arrived and was pretty disgusting looking. Most of the fruit was sufficient in an area if fresh produce, they used wedge's of mangoes around and since the fruit was over riped the skins were left on and they were very unattractive as mangoes skins are as well they were all brown. I had company so I took the mangoes out to the trash and had to pull all the fruit into a bowl. This was the Big 60 and my son was not happy. CREDIT IS THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.??
