I had a smooth and great experience picking up my rental vehicle.Check-in was smooth.Ahmed Ali was friendly and professional. helped me pick out a vehicle. He made sure to ask me what I was comfortable driving because the reservation was made for a pickup truck I really appreciated him looking out for my safety and putting me in a sedan. Great service, thanks guys!

The car I reserved wasn’t there and they gave me a lift to where I had to be. They delivered the car to the location of my first appointment. The service was excellent!

Reserved a car online that they didn’t have on hand, but the upgrade wasn’t too expensive. I also made the reservation on the same day as pickup, so I bet they would have had it available if I had offered them more time.I feel like they’re probably understaffed at this time, but doing the best they can. I had no complaints with the customer service or rental experience. Drop off was easy after hours.

They claim they don't check your credit score. I think they check your Fico score if thats all the same. Then you know what I am saying, and then they hit you with the insurance on the vehicle you want to rent. Just know you're spending way more than you anticipated

Yikes. Please avoid going here. Supposedly Manager John is cockey and told me that putting me in a BMW little compact SUV was a sweet surprise! I made a reservation for what my insurance covered while my 2023 SUV was being repaired from being rear ended in March. I didn't ask for a BMW and the extra cost associated with it. If I wanted a vehicle of that choice I would have one. He also said that "all this was a misunderstanding on myself and my husband's part!" Who says this is customer service! Someone named Ahmed called me yesterday after speaking with John and said we could keep this stupid BMW until 8/1. He(Ahmed) called back 20 minutes later to say he needed the vehicle back by 4pm today(Thurs). Well I get there around 3:30 today and there is was no vehicle available for me as I once again requested a car that was paid for through my insurance at 100%. So John kept me in the BMW.In April I went to this same location for my original repair after my accident and they put me in a Dodge journey 2020 that was supposed to be comparable to my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder! My parts were on backorder which is what took so long. I called around to other locations to eliminate going back.Please do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this location. John states "of you call corporate they'll hear my side because I've been doing this for 2 years." So unprofessional, unapologetic, very condescending and just plain rude!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!!!!

Pros: - The process was quick. Cons: - The van was dirty. Only the front seats were cleaned. The employee never gave us a "walk around" the vehicle. When I was at the first stop light I turned around to check out the back and noticed that there was an open bag of chips, some goldfish crackers, a few stray m&ms, something that looked like dried caramel & somebody's hair comb. We were offered a refund of our $40 "fuel service fee" for the inconvenience. A fee that was never mentioned to us and that we shouldn't have been charged to begin with... we picked the van up with a half a tank of gas and returned it ¾ full. - When we asked about a military discount, they said no. But when my husband stopped there later on, he overheard somebody else getting a 10% military discount (different employee). So I guess it depends on which employee is there at the time. - My husband forgot his phone holder in the van. When he called about an hour after returning the van the employee said he had it and we could stop by to pick it up. Drove 20 minutes over there only to find out he didn't actually have it. Why waste our time like that and pretend that you found it while on the phone with us? Overall not a good experience. We will avoid this location from now on. We never had an issue with the one up the road. Reading the other reviews, I guess we should consider ourselves lucky that we got the van at all.

I went to the n location, the first car I got was awful... dirty, smelled like an ash tray, returned it the next morning and got a car once again it was filthy!!! And the tire kept losing air. I'm going to be in a rental a while because mine was in a accident...Called this location, Eric told me to call him back later in the afternoon as he was trying to get me something to switch into. Called back he had me a car and the switch over was literally two min. The car much better, much cleaner and no issues! Thank you so much!

My first car smelled like cigarettes so bad couldn’t rent it…only other available car was small sized with manual operated seats with inside dirty windows. Now I have upgraded to Premium and still no cars until after the weekend.

This place couldn’t be worse if they tried. Called twice, gave them my claim number & alllll of my info TWICE only to go there today and absolutely nothing was on file. They also swore they would be able to pick me up from the collision center where I took my car today & have a car ready for me. Guess what? No one showed up and they had no car available. I wouldn’t recommend for my worst enemy to go here.

One star, only because i have to I order to give a review.I have rented from this location S Salisbury blvd before and I did not have any issues about two years ago.I move back and it is a catastrophe.I called in and it was hard for me to get a hold of someone to the store but I eventually was able to speak to someone and i guess it was the answering service or customer service.Needed a vehicle for my father no we with room because he was going through a serious procedure and we needed room to travel.Reserved a sedan in which I was told there was availability.Got a call early this morning 6:58am stating that there were no cars available until 1. Not only that,I was told that I needed the car for just one day and cars were rented out first to renters with longer reservations and whatever was left I would get.I also noticed that my reservation was changed to a compact car.Requested to just cancel.This is just unacceptable and I am a plus member with enterprise.Very disappointed!!!
