Excellent experience on the day after Thanksgiving. Very smooth pick up, nice new car. Addy(?) was kind and helpful. Reasonable price. I was worried given the other negative reviews, but I had no issues whatsoever. I booked using Orbitz and would rent from here again.

You all are a national company, you all don't get to pick and choose which policies you all adhere to. It states clearly that security deposits will be waived if you have a return itinerary, it shouldn't matter if you are located in a major or regional airport, you all should honor that policy. I am now stranded at the airport at 10pm on a Tuesday due to an excessive $300 security deposit charge which my card declined.

I debated on if I was gonna leave a comment or not but enterprise is a joke and unprofessional. My father decided to rent a van for 3 or 4 days from the airport location, so the day we go pick it up he called ahead like they asked the woman said someone would be there at 11am we get there and no one is there after waiting 30minutes I call the south Salisbury location and they had no clue we were there and told us he'd be there in 15mins and made it seem like it was our fault, well after waiting almost an hour we decided we weren't gonna get the van and as we were walking out the man shows up and doesn't apologize or anything then the price we saw online ended up not being the price. They charged his card $900(deposit included) and after almost a month they refund his $300 deposit. The whole experience was unprofessional and we will no longer use enterprise $650 for 3or4 days is crazy and not what he expected

I've been meaning to leave a review since Labor Day weekend of 2022 but kept forgetting. Without further ado....I rented a Jeep, or similar, for 2-6 September from the SBY Airport. When the Enterprise associate called to let me know they couldn't guarantee a Jeep, I was super bummed. I explained to them how my then 93 year old grandmother who I was going to visit, loved when I rented a Jeep so we could cruise together. The gentleman I spoke with was touched by this and he promised me he would make it happen. When I landed at SBY, they had the most adorable yellow Jeep Wrangler waiting for me. My grandmother and I had THE BEST time listening to music, laughing and riding all around Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City. I'm so grateful this Enterprise location - although very small and limited inventory - was able to secure this particular car for me! Every Enterprise employee I dealt with was accommodating, courteous, efficient and professional.

I had a reservation on Nov 4, 2022. It was for noon. When I arrived there was nobody at the desk. It was closed. A sign on the desk had a number to call which I did; twice. I left two messages and a call back number for me. Nothing, no calls. At 12:30 I went to the Avis counter and got a car. I called the regional office and filled a complaint. I will see how they handle this.Update: After two apologetic emails and telling me that this would be forwarded to the regional manager nothing happened. I think this location really doesn't care about this. Again, I recommend using Avis for your rental at the Salisbury regional airport. The desk is staffed.

Why would enterprise have you go through a request online to name the type of car you need if it NEVER is available? Upon requesting the SUV that I reserved and paid for I was told there are 2 flights arriving so I am stuck with a tiny car that doesn't accommodate my lluggage. Never use enterprise salisbury. Oh, yeah, west ocean city pulled the same thing last week so never use enterprise anywhere!! Additional info - so Enterprise rep, Tyler, emailed me to "make it right" and advised that a Wicomico County area rep would be in touch. That was 9 days ago. Nothing. Salisbury airport Enterprise continues to deserve a "no stars" review.

I arrive to SBY, in the middle of no where at 10pm. Enterprise is listed as open until 10:30pm, no one is here to give me a car when I have a reservation. I’m sitting here completely stuck. No Uber no Lyft no taxi. I’m supposed to sleep at the airport? What a terrible situation enterprise has put me in.

enterprise was the ONLY rental car company that actually stayed open. also had good low prices. the gentleman who assisted me was nice and courteous. will be using them again opposed to Avis

Rented my car at Salisbury airport when I came to visit my daughter in Delaware for few days. Ordering online was fast and simple. Got my keys for the car in 3 minutes. Landed on brand new car 2021 KIA K5. My drive was smooth and fast! Return was very simple too. Best impression - of the car and about the company! Good job, guys!~

Always accommodating. I was early to pick up my car at the airport due to my flight arriving early. I was willing to wait, the agent offered another car to me so I could be on my way. I also love how fast the check in and check out service as well.

The agent who checked me in was great. I had a few issues with the car itself, but I received a call about my concerns and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the levels of customer service I received from beginning to end. Will continue to use Enterprise! Thank you!

I called and reserved a truck 2 weeks ago..When I arrived for my reservation they claim they have no trucks..so why call and confirm if you don't have it..never again will I do business there!!!
