Ordered from Lowe’s online and they used this company to deliver half of our order to our home and half to the store. Weird, but whatever. Our pickup order from the store was ready 9/25, we picked up from the store on 9/26. A delivery date for the rest of our order was 9/24, after a no call/no show that day, we then received an email stating delivery would be 9/29. We received a phone call about the delivery the day before, and a text to our cells the day of. Someone was home all day expecting delivery from 12-4pm, but no one showed!!! No call. No text. My husband and I tried for over an hour to reach someone about the delivery, no one picked up the phone but I left a message. The next day, no one called us back, so I called and was answered by a rude man. He argued with me about how they do not send text messages, and that the driver adds note that no one was there and he didn’t want to leave packages at the front door in the pouring rain. All of which were simply not true. I, myself, was home ALL day, the 3 large garage doors were wide open, it was not “pouring” but rained off and on that afternoon, and we have a large covered front porch. After I was rudely interrupted, talked over, and he refused to listen to me, I simply asked “where is my stuff and when are you bringing it?” He replied “I can bring it tomorrow” and then hung up. Wow! I called the 800 number and got through to no one so I left an email for customer service. My husband also sent an email. As of today, 3 days later, no one has responded. I also called Lowe’s who said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact the delivery company. Total BS on Lowe’s part. On 10/1, we received an email at 9am that our order was out for delivery, but had no time frame. So again, I had to stay home and wait for this delivery. The driver arrived at 12pm sharp. He would not back into our 40ft driveway to get close to the front door; instead he parked on the street. I asked him to get it as close to our front door as possible, being it was 41 boxes weighing over 1400lbs all together. He did not have a fork lift, only a pallet jack. I had to help him pull the jack while he pushed it up our driveway to the house. The driver, Jeremy, was nice and friendly, sympathizing with the ordeal. I hope Lowe’s hears my message loud and clear and that this company gets someone better in their customer service department; both locally and corporate. Totally unprofessional from a homeowners standpoint.
