Firestone's the BEST, for me that is! I've used Firestone for many years, starting on the Western Shore and now on the Eastern Shore.

always take a long time to get job done employees dont seem to care about getting job done quickly managment doesnt like when you complain about time one person quotes one price and at time of checkout price changes without notice to custormer when safty inspection is done some things are marked as good but never checked there is always a problem every time purchased 4 white letter tires and they would not clean white letters paid for white letterbtires received blue letters only reason i keep coming back is for lifetime rotations on tires prices on tires are good

I would normally give them a good rating. We had an appointment for 10 we got there at nine when they were supposed to open. We couldn’t get in the door until 20 after for them to tell us that all their techs had called out and they weren’t sure if they could do it today. This was a huge waste of our time.

I made the mistake of buying tires at another company. After the tires were put on my car it rode worse than before I needed them. Went back to complain and they flat out refused to fix them. Kept insisting it was my alignment. Went to Firestone and explained the situation. Instead of just fixing my alignment they rebalanced my tires. So for $65 to rebalance my tires it now rides beautifully and there is nothing wrong with my alignment. Great service. Wonderful friendly staff. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place. Thanks guys

Stay away. 10 years ago this was a great shop. Today (2023) this is a screw you shop. They will sound nice but understand these are thieves. Stay away.

If negative stars were an option that’s exactly what I’d give these incompetent, inefficient mechanics. My husband brought his Expedition to this place for the starter to be checked, firstly it took them a week just to examine the issue. Secondly they replaced the starter twice just tell us it must be electrical, and apostatize the situation. These imbeciles that work here didn’t bother to check and see if it was just a fuse (which we found out later after taking it to REAL PROFESSIONALS) car driven in and had to be towed out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this like the bubonic plague. The incompetence is unreal.

Sharing this publically because I am still flabbergasted that it even occurred in the first place. I got my tires changed in 2021 and not even a month goes by and one of them falls off while I am driving; they did not properly torque my lug nuts (free oil change for my near-death experience...). Fast-forward to last week, and the place I was getting my oil change done at could not give me the complimentary tire rotation because the tires on my vehicle were the wrong size--the ones I got from Firestone nearly 3 years ago. Mind you, I have been in there a few times--to Firestone--after my tire fell off to get a check on the rest of my lug nuts and overall tire quality, for a flat tire, and to redeem that oil change and nobody then told me anything about my tire size issue. The wear that my vehicle has had to go through (and personal distress I have endured) from CV axle issues to parts and mileage are unbelievable. I went in there a couple of days ago to figure out the warranty and to overall get some sort of reimbursement/fix, and still had to pay to have the tire issue resolved after being told that the tires were too far gone to do anything major with the warranty... I wonder why the treads and overall state of the tires were so poor? Perhaps it was because they were too small to begin with; how come the specialists didn't say anything about the tire size issue when I came in 2 days after a tire fell off?Sure, they gave me half off to replace the tires after a bit of hassle and them having to call the store manager, but I feel as if the service should have been covered by the business and ultimately that this issue should not have happened in the first place. The financial loss that getting my tires replaced here has incurred on me is far more than the free oil change and the discount provided on a new set of tires covered. I am normally an easy-going person and understand mistakes happen, but this mistake could have killed me.Be weary getting anything serviced here.Service: Tires

I'm so grateful for the Firestone team! Justin and the others were so patient to explain the situation with my Honda Odyssey as I called them numerous times for updates and questions. Firestone was the closest mechanic able to help us out, so we had it towed from Ocean City to Salisbury on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. They diagnosed the problem. As it turns out, our Odyssey needed a new engine, so we decided to scrap the van. I'm so grateful they waived the diagnostic fee for us!

I have been coming to this firestone for a few years. My experiences have been hit or miss. When work is done on the car, it is quality and I never have to go back for the same thing twice. Their major service prices are higher than if you’re getting it done at a dealership, but if you agree to what they offer as a solution to your problem or general maintenance, the job is done quickly and their estimates of times are accurate. It does take a while unfortunately to hear back from them sometimes as firestone is a popular, trusted brand. That being said, I think that communication from this firestone has been fairly inconsistent when dropping my car off, so I would recommend this place for same day services only as those are what have gone the best for me in my perhaps dozen visits to this location. Also, can’t beat lifetime alignment and rotation (rotation if you buy the tires from firestone).Louie, Justin, Chris, and their team are friendly and knowledgeable. On occasion the mechanic that working on your car will come out and talk to you about what is going on.They help you understand the situation and make the process easier than most places.

Charged me $9.99 to tell me “it’s a sensor” they turned into an almost $3,400 repair + $300 car rental. June/July ‘22 - oil change - Note in the system about a knocking or potential issue with engine.Firestone then had my car for hours March of ‘23 just to tell me nothing was wrong. Brought it in for a leak and intermittent check engine light. I would have paid them to make the repair at the time. They were too lazy and incompetent to even diagnose the issue, so I guess they didn’t want my money.Justin told me that the tech DID NOT READ the prior notes but he has no idea why. Justin tried to blame me for not remembering the note in the system that his own tech chose to ignore.I guess if the customer is “wrong” for not remembering notes, what does that say about the techs, Justin? The tech did not do their due diligence by reading the notes existing in the file. The tech did not, in good faith, make an attempt at repair. The tech was negligent in not reading the prior notes. Now I have a $3400+$300 set of bills thanks to Firestone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This is amateur hour.

Ignorance. Firestone replaced my catalytic converter, but in doing so, they created an exhaust leak. They said they "did the best they could do" and said I'll have to fix the leak at an exhaust shop. They should have turned the job down if they couldn't complete it, rather than charging $1,200 for an incomplete job.
