The prices are good but many of the items are broken and I bought a steam pot that was taped shut only to get home and find out the inside had corrosion and was not safe for food use. That kind of thing can literally poison people!

You can usually find something there that you will like. Dressing rooms are closed but you can do returns within 7 days. Store is clean and large selection

This location is often referred to as “Gucci Goodwill” because they price things so crazily. Additionally, they are SO bad at turning over inventory. Housewares is always bare bones like it’s a liquidation sale at a dollar store. They put out messily junk items in housewares (think broken coffee makers, plastic bowls, mugs) toys, blankets, and knick-knacks. The “furniture” section of this store only ever has a maximum of six items in it and it’s usually a junky table, a kids toy chest and maybe a broken kids bike. It’s almost never worth making a trip to. For a store located in the same town as a university, it feels like they’re miles behind putting out decent inventory. Honestly, when it comes down to planning a day of thrifting, I will straight up refuse to go to Salisbury. It’s a big waste of time. Needs a complete overhaul.

DON'T get the PRICING at GOODWILL, they GET IT FREE and CHARGE GENERAL PRICING LIKE ITEMS are ALL BAND NEW !? BUT THE PEOPLE THERE ARE 99% WONDERFUL ?. In some of the comments ? it SAID that the STORE IS EMPTY OF ITEMS OR BROKEN ITEMS, I AGREE BUT IT MAY BE TO DONATIONS AND PEOPLE LET THEIR CHILDREN SET FREE LIKE THEY WERE IN A ZOO AND DON'T CARE WHAT THEY BREAK !!!

Big retail store...They have everything I mean everything...But you have to be patient and look for it...If you take the time, you might find things you need that will cost 75% less than regular retail stores...Friendly staff...They have things for all occasions...Shoes... shirts... skirts... dresses.... pants...They have cold weather clothes like jackets hoodies... etc ..If you are living on a budget, you should stop by and see if you could save a few bucks...

The staff at Goodwill works very hard, has to attend to a lot of customers, and still maintains a pretty good attitude. This Goodwill has a lot of business and I mean a lot. A little disorganized, but still enjoyable to shop there.
