I swore after my first trip into this store they would never be bothered with me again……WRONG! I decided to try it again after10 or more years in hopes that everything would be good. I walked out with a nice outfit and was pleased with everything. The black jeans I kinda switched with another pair that had more pockets before I got to the register and they turned out to be too big. I took them back on a Wednesday and because there was 3 or 4 cat hairs I couldn’t get my money back in which I just wanted to get something in place of them because they no longer had my size and they wouldn’t even do that. The manager Maria was as rude as they come and had no intentions of working out a solution even though I had my receipt and she knew that the jeans hadn’t been wore. Manager material she’s not……..The store was great with lots of nice styles and prices were really reasonable.

It's great that they have clothing/fabric recycling and give a coupon for future purchase when donating a bag of clothing/fabric

Wow literally the worst experience I’ve had in awhile! Let’s start with first I’m a business owner so I know how important loss prevention is! 2nd I’m black so I know what discrimination is or should I say first. Today I had a day off from my busy schedule, had a day to let my hair done and shop for me! After I feed the homeless weekly, take care of my family and a stand up individual. The Manager Danny literally stalked myself and a client I had with me, followed us around the store and had the audacity to call security to watch after us while he tended to his real job of rendering service to the other paying customers. I will go to all extents to make sure this doesn’t ever happen again. Every outlet that I have will know of this incident. I have never been so disturbed! I literally have a closet full of H and M clothing. I am insulted, I’ll never shop there again but I will not allow anyone to feel like I felt today! Thanks DANNY for displaying the real way this world and H and M who you represent when you took the job really feels! I will not stop here

I am glad it was my husband who made the return at this offal establishment. I am glad I could not go and he went in my place. I miss the old managers who now works at sams club I will be calling the cooperate office to make a complaint on how ignorant the Latino manager was to him!!! This use to be a great place to shop !!!

Went to buy a sweatshirt for my husband, pulled one from a 12.99 rack where there were four others. At checkout it came out to be 31 and change. When I told the associate where I got it from and there were a couple others, she checked with her manager who directed her to verify that what I was saying was true. When I showed the associate the rack and she saw the other sweatshirts there, we went back to checkout and she confirmed to her manager. Her manager then said no we still can’t do anything about it.Seems like the management there is petty and in the business of wasting time (esp since all open lines were really backed up.)

Worst customer serviceShe the manager worst person ever, wanted only to make excuses for an exchange i was asking, saying it has been washed when i knew it wasn't.I didn't even wanted the credit it was just an exchange, my fault for not seeing one of the buttons wasn't attached to the clothing.A long time customer that spends $200 dls clothing for her kids monthly lost because of 35 dls credit only. Good job keep it that way until this store closes just like so many.
