Depending when you go, what you need and information required. Staff is mixed of Excellent, knowledgeable employees and some "Very Dumb & Lazy"! Poor Inventory kept on hand, Usually walk out not finding (20-40%) of items shown as In Stock but not updated in their Inventory Software.

Use the app, buy ahead of time and choose pick up in store. When your items are ready, they will be waiting for you in the lockers just inside the entrance!
This is the ONLY way to Home Depot. So easy, so quick, and not having to wander aimlessly is so empowering.

The kids craft day that they put on is something my daughter really looks forward to every month. The gentleman who hosts the event is very kind and helpful.
