So today, my husband & I ventured into Home Depot in Salisbury, MD to purchase a new dishwasher. We looked around, and with quite a bit of help from a lovely lady named Catherine, we finally made our choice. Catherine proceeded to ring us up, but the computer would not allow her to enter husband's Military ID to get his 10% discount. She tried several times , but it wouldn't go thru, so she suggested we go to the front counter. When we explained to the young lady there, she pointed to a sticker that said they no longer give Military Discounts on appliances. I look after spoke to a Store Manager who said that's not exactly true. That they usually would give the discount, but wouldn't because everything was already discounted for the holiday. I think they need to be reminded of the reason for.Memorial Day! Also, if Home Depot is offering sale prices to EVERYONE, the Military should still be.honored with a 10% discount. That's my rant for the day. Sorry its so long!

I had an awful experience with your company on an expensive LG refrigerator I ordered from 1/19 which was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. The delivery guy called me yesterday and told me he’d be at my house in 20 min. Then I never saw him or heard anything else from him! It was like he fell off the face of the earth with my refrigerator! I called the delivery guy back but no answer. I left a message for him to call me back but he never did. My husband and I have made multiple calls to the delivery company and The Home Depot in Salisbury, MD and the best that The Home Depot said was it could be delivered next Tues. This was a major inconvenience not only for us but for our neighbors who got a couple of their friends come over with them to our house after the delivery guy called so they could haul my old one away because they were buying it. I had taken the day off work and took out my food waiting to put it away in the new one. None of that would have been done if the delivery guy hadn’t called and said he was 20 min away! So we asked for Home Depot to make this right. At this time we still haven’t been given a reason why the delivery guy never came and why nobody notified us. The manager at the Home Depot store said they couldn’t do anything for us as a courtesy for our inconvenience until the appliance was installed and we weren’t going to get our new fridge now until next Tues! So my husband called back this afternoon and cancelled our order because he was so furious with the situation! I can not believe you guys wouldn’t do anything for a loyal customer who purchased a refrigerator over $4,000! You’re business practices are unacceptable!!

11.19.21 Went to get a (2) pieces of cut to place under my stationary bike ( so the platform would not puncture existing rug. I found the wood needed as shown in photo but no one was around to cut it. I ran into and asked a orange caped employee who was very nonchalant and just stated you can cut it yourself ( and pointed ) at this orange station ' everything ain't for everybody ' I don't even change my own oil--let alone try to trim this wood to the appropriate fit!! I realize things are short staffed--but at least make a effort he didn't call anyone that worked in the area --he just walked in another direction. Maybe it was because I had my Military Veteran Jacket on? Thanks for nothing Home Depot

I went to buy a drill and tools. I was searching for the proper item and confused. I finally found the item and went to the desk at the tool area to request assistance. The employees were talking amongst themselves and one leaves. I tell the other employee what I need and he informed me I needed to wait because he had to go talk to another guy and he walked off. I can spend my money across the street at Tractor Supply or down the street at Lowes. Hope those conversations were worth it.

Do not order appliances from here! They j*** you around with deliveries and then can't help! "this is on the vender" "I'm not gonna sugar coat it" are the answers I get. My order delivery date has been changed 3 times! No one can help you. No one cares when you cancel the order either which is what I did this morning. If your left to deal with "Tammy or Jackie" hang up beause they aren't pleasant or helpful! Just canceled and they could care less. Go to Delaware Appliance save money and hassel have your appliances that same week!

customer service is horrible, exchanged a ridgid tool Saturday but didn't get a receipt for the tool warranty registration, after calling ridgid tools they stated a needed a receipt to complete the warranty process, i went back to this store and the store manager was so rude, disrespectful, and confrontational about it, i even offered the suggestion to just return it for store credit and ring it back out , she said that it was coming up $50 less than what it is now and said i would have to pay the difference on a tool i already own and just needed a receipt. then when I said I'm not paying for something I already paid for and im not getting nothing different she got mad and walked away. wouldn't recommend this place for customer service they don't care just want your money

used Home Depot online ordered a new washer and matching dryer. They deliver 2 washers. All they have to do is bring me the dryer and pick up the washer simple right. But home Depot wants to take the washer and have me pay again for a dryer then deliver it and wait 2 weeks after for my money back Your policy sucks thank God I paid through pay pal .

Salisbury MD Forward Air Branch. I'm going to post on every outlet I can find about this joke of a company. The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. From the customer service to the complete joke of delivery people. We ordered a stove from Home Depot the first week of December. Scheduled for drop off on the 18th(yesterday). First time they showed up over a week early with no phone call. We could not take it then. Second time they showed up this past Sunday night. LATE at night. Still weren't ready and also never got a phone call. The actual delivery date was yesterday. Time frame 10:30 to 2:30. Then 12:30 to 3:30. Then it just said they'd be here. Then, they never showed up at all. No phone call from anyone. This morning I call the Tennessee number for customer service. They say they will reschedule to AFTER CHRISTMAS. So, we now have no stove and lots of family coming for the holidays and no way to cook anything. Home Depot just showed that they are the absolute definition of the big box store that cares not at all about the customer. You have ruined the holidays for our family and i have no doubt you could care less.

Puchased something in the "Lumber" area. Store floors were clean. Nick helped me with my needs and cut some lumber for me. People who work there seem friendly. Gave it 5 Stars because my visit was about as perfect as I could hope for. I would return again.

This is the Home Depot. It's like all the other Home Depot's. You know what they're like as you have most likely been in one. This one is no different than the others with the same amount of staff, the same "big box mart" items being offered. Nonetheless, it is Home Depot, Like Walmart, do you know what you're getting.
