Before I came in I spoke to a lady on the phone who said I could get a tax advancement. No approval necessary. Turned out that was a complete lie. I came in, filed my taxes, paid $139 plus an additional $39 for the advancement just to be declined the next morning via text. Now I'm out over $160. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate.
