I would say this is the best place in Salisbury to fix your vehicle. Once I arrived my car was checked right away and got estimate in minutes. Customer service is great, everyone is polite and friendly. Vehicle was fixed in reasonable time, and perfectly done. Whenever I called phone was picked up right away and they answered all my questions. And pricing of services competes with all other similar local businesses. Overall it was great experience.

I had to have Highlander front bumper pulled and painted. Yelp, the price was right and they did a very good job. Though after further inspection a small detail was overlooked. They without hesitation took the SUV back and solve the issue. Great Job, I was very satisfied, and they stuck to their word. Customer guaranteed satisfaction. Our car was at Kelly's for over 30 days while the insurance company was deciding what they were going to do. Ty was very professional and helpful during the entire process. He helped me with the appraiser and getting the claim completed. There were many communications back and forth with the insurance company and he handled each and every one in a timely manner. In addition to being in constant communication with the insurance company, he always made sure I was updated and answered all my questions. Thank you Ty for all your help and patience!
