My appointment was at 10:15. I got there at 10 and logged in on my phone. Went up to the counter when I got the all good and was told that I have to sit down and wait for my name to be called even though I was told I was ready to be seen. Nobody comes out of their cubicle to call your name or take the time to say your name correctly. Did I mention that I couldn't even be seen at this appointment?? Ah yes, they lost my papers that were faxed to them twice and was told to go back in the waiting room to take care of something I didn't lose. After about 40 minutes of getting everything situated, I went to the counter and stood for another 5 minutes, i had to loudly announce my presence because they refuse to even look in your direction. Told them my papers were gonna be faxed over and was told to take a seat AGAIN. After sitting for another 20 minutes and watching people walk in and out the door constantly. I walked out of the location and I promise to never set foot in the Milford St LabCorp again. As well as anyone I associate with. From work to family. I hope that specific location is closed down within the next few years. Horrible service and from what I've read im not the only one.

Lost my sons blood test results, told the doctors office they didn’t draw enough blood after I watched them do so. They had the blood work, ran it, and sent it to me, but then acted like they had never ran it. I don’t know what goes on over there but would not trust them for reliable service.

Closed at 1:30!!!?? I start work at midnight and don't get off til 2 or so, and as a truckdriver, it's not like I can just take a break during work. I would have to take an entire day off work for a simple draw. Unbelievable.

Make an online appointment and come on time and still wait 20 minutes. Appointments mean nothing.

Was always good before. One person can ruin that. I followed the ‘wait in car check in instructions’. Got my ‘ready for you’ text, and was in the waiting room in 30 seconds.
The labcorp tech told me (after me waiting again and letting them know) that she didn’t have 10 minutes to wait for me with a full waiting room (of 3 people). Seriously?
It took me 30 seconds to walk in. It’s their system that says wait where you want, your car etc nearby.
Maybe get someone without a snide personality. wth

I have never had a problem with labcorp especially during appointments. I always have had no problems with them even when they’ve been busy but I’m guessing peoples expectations are different.

Don’t bother making an appointment. I’ve made appointment each time I’ve come. Check in online. Got a text I would be called back and still had to wait in a long line and was late to work. If you’re not going to follow appointment schedule don’t offer it.

I made an appointment online and paid.After I checked in it only took less than 10 mins to get my turn.The lady at the desk was really nice!Also the lady who took my blood was nice too.I was so nervous because I don't speak English fluently and this was first time for me to lab test in the states but I didn't need to even worry about that!They helped me a lot.They were so friendly :)

Made an appointment for 12 pm, checked in at 11:55 and waited for 20mins before getting seen, I hate the eastern shore and the biggest reason is healthcare(most healthcare offices here are trashy and have ABYSMAL service, unless they know you personally, doesent matter if it’s dentistry or a doctors office it’s all of it). The healthcare here is ridiculously god awful and you would DIE before getting help. If you can, avoid coming to the eastern peninsula of md because the only thing here is cornfields and people with no teeth or brain cells

Don't bother making an appointment they don't matter anyway. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment before I even got called back. Then I sat at the desk for another 5 or 10 minutes. This is for a drug screen when I told them I really had to be bad because I came ready they said they have to take the appointments in the order you walk in. Then they sent me back out to the waiting room where I sat for another 10 minutes. Not surprising though considering the employees are sitting back there and laughing and joking carrying on the whole time and not doing their job. No wonder this location is always way behind and the waiting room is always filled to the brim of people standing outside!

This particular LabCorp is a ok but the staff are slightly rude first thing in the morning.
