Clinicians are good but they do not put out there schedule for the next month until the midway point of the month before. For example they do not have there April schedule out now.

So, my first ever massage was from here and it was amazing! I had continued going ever since for a third and second time. Now, earlier in the year i had went with an ex and the massages we got were... not the greatest and pretty rough. but i was willing to give the place yet another shot today.Now today, the gentleman was fairly nice to me however.. the massage was one straight out of hell. It was so utterly painful that i actually have bruises from how hard he pushed on me. He even beat on my back so roughly and enough times that afterwards he gave me a migraine. I don't think I can ever come here again after being literally bruised.

Calls go straight to voicemail and they never call back. Website doesn’t let you book an appointment. I have no idea how they are still open considering you can’t get ahold of anyone to book an appointment.

In addition to never being able to make an appt online, being met with a busy tone or no answer during business hours, and mediocre services, Sara, the on-duty manager, felt the need to be argumentative and extremely unhelpful when trying to transfers my credits to someone else. Just don’t go here. Even with the membership, About Faces ends up being less expensive with much better treatments and astonishingly better customer service.

The worse place. They just take my money and never allows me to get any appointment. When theyfinally got me in, they fired the person. All year they kept taking money out my account but never has appointments for me. It's like a scam to get a membership Never get a membership. They steal from you.

Was gifted a massage by my sister. I saw Stella. She was very professional and really worked out my problem areas. The time pasted extremely quick but I left feeling really good.

Fabulous! I had been considering the membership for a few months and saw they had a special so I walked in and joined. I had made an appointment with the first available therapist so I didn't know how it would go. The therapist was wonderful! I prefer firm pressure and this massage was just right. The front desk staff member explained the membership very well and you understand up front is a year long commitment. Be aware that each hour massage is 50 minutes as they include your dressing time, but for the price it's still reasonable (70$ with membership). The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 is the not-very-friendly manager. My interactions with her were minimal but she doesn't give off a great vibe.

I tried to purchase a gift card online. When I attempted to submit my purchase request, I received an error message. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I realized the money was withdrawn from my account. I never received a confirmation or email from the company so I placed a call to the local parlor. After expressing my concerns with Natalie, she advised that she would make an attempt to contact the online department. 2 days past without hearing anything from Natalie or the online department, I place another call to Natalie. She stated that my claimed was reviewed but no further action had been taken. Another request was submitted on my behalf and she also supplied me a number to call to the IT department. I’ve called on two separate occasions and left messages. However Massage Envy has yet to return my phone calls. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my deserving parents. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism and communication displayed by Massage Envy. I am out of my money and my parents still do not have the one gift that they wanted.
