“Darin gave excellent customer service! Was very knowledgeable about the mattress. He did not pressure but gave us good information that helped us confidently make our own decision on our mattress purchase. I would highly recommend buying from Darin if you are shopping for a mattress. Thank you Darin!”
“We came into the Salisbury MD store on Thursday evening 10/1/26 and we did not know the closing time. Erin talked to us and answered some questions we had, never rushed us even though the store had closed.
We scheduled to come back on Saturday and she took us through all the options to help us find the right bed for us.
She worked the quote up and made suggestions and was able to get us the best deal with discounts for adding certain accessories.
We are now scheduled for our deleviry.
Erin was top notch.”
“Great experience with Shore Appliance. I was able to get a same day appointment to have my refrigerator serviced. Tommy diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in detail. He ordered the part immediately and it was installed after the July 4th holiday. Everyone at Shore was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Recommend them highly!”
