Worst garage experience ever ! Made a appointment with rose on a wendsday to get my car fixed on the following Saturday, Saturday when I'm supposed to have a appointment i arrived only to be told I might be able to come back 4 hours later to get my car fixed because they had so much going on yet I got no call or nothing so what should have taken a hour of my day turned into a 6 hour stress fest with very unapologetic employees. I've spent over 2000$ previously at this location i expected better service when I the customer am paying the employees salaries . I was offered nothing to satisfy me, she instead tried to charge 80$ more than originally quoted

This was my first and last experience with Mr.Tire. My service was mediocre, and my vehicle was poorly handled while in their possession. First off, after calling and speaking with Jimmy to schedule my appointment, I show up the day and time we discussed to find out my appointment was never scheduled. None the less they were able to get me in and take care of my needs. However, I went in for a basic tire installation and left with deep scratches in each of my rims which wasn’t done previous to my appointment. Some oily substance was left sprayed all over my vehicle which ended up smearing all over my windows creating a safety hazard as I traveled home. I’m extremely displeased with my experience being a first time customer of Mr.Tire and would definitely not recommend anyone utilize their service, especially at this Salisbury, MD location.

These guys were great! Friday before Labor Day weekend, we had a blowout on our trailer. We called ahead, and they were able to get hold of two tires for us and install them same day. We were soon on our way. And everyone was so friendly and helpful!

I called and made an appointment for the next day. Rose was friendly and knowledgeable. Tires we gad bought the year before were under hazard warranty. Tech removed a drill bit embedded inbtire, patched it and I was on my way. No wait, no fuss.

Jimmy was so amazing. We got a piece of metal in our tire on vacation and he said to come by and he would fix it asap. It was Saturday after 4pm and he welcomed us when we arrived and then he said that the tire could be patched and a new tire was not needed saving us major money. Mr Tire is the best! Thanks Jimmy!

Until recently, we have had fairly good service from Mr. Tire. Generally the experiences were a little difficult because of their business model, but things got done correctly and at a fairly reasonable price.
This last month, we have had two awful experiences with them, to the point that we are contacting the BBB regarding the issues.
Last month our regular mechanic told us we would need front and back brakes and rotors on one of our vehicles. We called Mr. Tire for an estimate and they gave us a quote which was a better price than our regular mechanic—a quote we confirmed twice over the phone--so we took a day off work to take the car in and sit and wait. When we were handing over the key, they gave us the total—which was three times the estimate we had received over the phone. We kept our key and took the vehicle to our regular mechanic, annoyed at the wasted time and unprofessionalism, but chalking it up to maybe just a bad day at Mr. Tire.
This month, our other vehicle needed some tires, so to Mr. Tire we went. While there, we were advised that the vehicle needed front brake pads, but that it was "not an emergency." Again, we were given a quote. This time we were wiser, and took the car to our regular mechanic, so informed us that we needed front and back, brakes and rotors. And again, the price was vastly different: our regular mechanic charged us for front and back, pads and rotors, only a bit more than Mr. Tire had quoted us JUST FOR PADS IN THE FRONT.
Or at least, our mechanic WOULD have charged us only that—except that Mr. Tire lost our tire lock key when they were putting our new tires on.
Our mechanic looked in the usual places, called us, and asked if we had it. We did not, because we did not even know a tire lock key existed. So we phoned Mr. Tire, who said, "I'm sure we put it in with the spare tire."
They had not.
So we had to pay an extra $90 to have the lug nuts cut off and replaced—money we had to lay out solely due to Mr. Tire's incompetence.
We will not be giving them a third opportunity to cost us extra money.

Great people, took time to help me when I really needed help and got me out quickly so I could get back to a crisis. Going up the highway i stopped 3 times for a battery check and replacement. This place was busy too but they helped me. The others wouldn't.

They fit me in with little notice to repair a roofing screw puncture. This place is my go-to. Had us on our way in less than an hour! Highly recommend.
