Very disappointed in this bank. I have had to get 5 new debit cards in the last 6 months for unauthorized charges. I was told that they can't do nothing. If someone gets your debit card number even though they give you a new card you still end up getting charged. Don't do it to yourselves find a different bank.

Maybe I'm bugging but I ain't never had someone ask me where my saved money came from especially after I said this is my savings she said it was for irspurposes it was 4600 ive saved for 3 and half years I make 1000 check a week working where tf else my money come from yet again Mayne I'm bugging but it was a question that made me feel offended and never been asked before

M & T Bank is definitely good for disputing fraudulent charges etc and returning fees HOWEVER their customer service sucks!!My last experience, I reported that monies had been taken from my account and that I wanted to file a dispute. I was supposed to receive EXPEDITED CARDS for 2 accounts, NEVER RECEIVED THEM! Called and one card was sent STANDARD and the other was never issued! I hung up on customer service! I'm tired of wasting time on the phone with this bank and this bank is the only bank I have issues with as far as fraudulent charges trying to hit my account!I called today to CLOSE those 2 accounts tha lt I never received the cards for and have one account that remains open.I will be in the process of closing it too!!

From the manager to the cashiers the employees are kind and qualified. I think that often they reflect what the customer brings in.

Manager Tara Blain is the absolute worst when it comes to friendliness and customer service. Wouldn't recommend this branch to my worst enemy!

Wonderful experience....went in with daughter to update her account since she had just turned 18. Was helped immediately by Britney who went through the various options and explained things to my daughter. Next, The teller took the time to show her how to correctly make a deposit. Great to see customer service still matters

The worst M&T branch in Salisbury, Md the bank tellers and assistant branch manager should all be replaced I believe this branch is undercover prejudice towards black males.

I too have experience terrible customer service at the same branch...They have bosses just as anyone else. Something need to be done and I'm the right one to do it.Grow up people!!!

I read on line that the Salisbury offices were "closing soon." I interpreted this to mean that the bank was leaving the Salisbury area and so I called the bank. Seth, the customer service representative laughed at me and my question as I asked for clarification. To hell with proper manners and customer service.

These ATMs are consistently down. The new feature of depositing at the ATM is nice but rarely works. I've had pristine checks not accepted, and just today the cash slot would not even open. On either machine.

Hello, my family and I have held an account with M&T bank since I can remember. The reason why I am writing this although, is because of the repeated inconsiderate, atrocious customer service at the M&T Bank located at 823 N Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury, MD. There have been times that they have forgotten to give me back my identification. They also have tried to charge me for cashing a check at there location, even though I have an account with them. Today I had an experience with Valerie and Cierra, in which they refused to cash my check because I did not the equivalent to that money in my account. When I offered if it was possible to deposit my check, and then get that money taken out, they had refused. Due to these teller's consistent obsene & unfriendly behaviors (often talking about "lunch break or how much longer till they get off" in front of customers) has led me to never step foot there again. I will go to the one on Phillip Morris Drive, where the tellers are always great!
